I booked the king bed room which was on the 2nd floot, bed was comfortable I fell asleep easily, room was and smelled clean no odors of any kind, TV and fridge worked, and staff is always super nice when I stay here. Breakfast is decent just like the more pricey hotel next to it. My stays here at the Omak Inn have slways been peaceful, so no yelling, screaming, excessive loud noises, maybe i just get lucky not sure but it's great. Hotel is within walking distance from food and stores. Bonus is is pet friendly too although i didn't bring my dog this trip. The kids enjoy the pool time as well. I've never had a bad experience here.

No complaints or anything I didn't like.

I have stayed at this motel before. In 2017 when there were fires eating forest and grass alike my husband and I spent the night while we surveyed the damage caused by the fire. This time I was alone, my husband died in 2019. I was traveling on a motorcycle and the desk clerk suggested I park in a spot where it could be seen from the desk. The room was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The combination of thoughtful staff and a beautiful room made my stay very comfortable.

There was actually nothing to dislike. I wouldn't know what to say.

Arrived a day earlier than my reservation and was accomodated quickly. Room was clean and as expected. All the staff were responsive, cheerful and welcoming. When a small leak occurred around the bathroom sink gasket, a repairman was at the door immediately. I asked for light housekeeping one afternoon (having left my "do not disturb" card up most of the day) and the manager came up and left towels and emptied the garbage. All the housekeepers had left for the day. Felt safe (solitary traveler); grounds were as perfect. This is a hotel that is perfect for all travelers. Breakfast wonderful as well!

Everything:) Very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful. The gentlemen that checked us in was wonderful. Somehow my husband accidently double booked us. The gentlemen had no problems assisting us and gave a great recommendation for dinner. My husband ordered what was recommended and was very happy with it. We definitely will return again.

left and in 1 hour realized that we had forgotten our personal pillows there called them and we had arranged for our nephew to go pick them up and no one knew anything about it. called the next day talk to One staff member who said that he would personally go and check all of the maids cards and the laundry room and give me a call back I will call tomorrow to see what the outcome was. they should have a better policy in place for when people leave things behind by accident.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and friendly! Just half an hour to Loup Loup ski area, and also right next to groceries, gas, and restaurants, Omak Inn was the perfect home base for our winter family trip. The kids especially loved the pool and waffles at breakfast, and the hot tub was the perfect place to warm up after a chilly day on the slopes. We also got some friendly food recs when we checked in, making us feel very welcome.

The front desk staff upon check-in was very helpful. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room was huge. The air conditioning unit kept the room very cool in this hot weather. Breakfast was average.

The dirt in the corners in the bathroom was gross. The ac unit sounded like it was constantly shuffling papers and was LOUD. The gravy (biscuits & gravy) was cold. No big deal I guess because there was a microwave, but was a bit startling and not expected.

The check in lady was super friendly and informative, we felt cozy and safe. The rooms are clean and stocked well. It's super easy to get more towels. The pool was clean and cool, we really enjoyed it. The spa was amazing. In all, the place is older and worn in, it's nothing fancy and that is exactly what we wanted.

Location. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Fishing as well.

My room upon check-in was not clean. Bathroom had used bar soap, and hair in tub. Dirty rag on floor. Carpet was stained and clearly not vacuumed. An oversight? I give credit to a housekeeper (Niki) who stepped in and cleaned it thoroughly. With a note that this wasn't their standards. She was awesome!

The Omak Inn is an older facility but is mostly kept up very well. The room was large and comfortable, and the bed was comfortable, and we liked the small daybed/couch. We also liked that there was an EV charger for our plug-in hybrid RAV4 Prime. Unfortunately it's the ONLY EV charger in Omak, so when we went to dinner in town, a Tesla took the charger! The hotel should work with local and state partners to get a second charger, as there is clearly a need. The breakfast was also much bettter than expected! The waffle maker and fresh local cherries were a nice touch!

The phone in the room was just regular land line, and there was no way to call the front desk ,or another room. The staff was apparently not aware of that, and told us just to dial "0" which just got a dial tone! Also we had to close the curtains using one of the pants hangars from the closest as the hangers a the top of the curtains were broken! The curtains were not black out curtains, and even after we managed to "close" them with the pants hangar, the very bright security lights over the parking lot outside our window illuminated the room brightly. Fortunately I had an eye mask whick allowed me to sleep.
