Staff was wonderful went out of their way to make it a great trip. Loved how there was souvenirs clothing for sale!

Sunday eggs too many peppers in premade omelets as my little one can’t do peppers and personally we thought too many but the sausage gravy and biscuits were the bomb. Pool nice but could have been little cleaner water floaters but staff was great to allow grandkid play in it before left when she got there and loved! Could smell dog in elevator but was clean just a smell hard to get rid of wet dog and the rain we had

Staff. Husband had to have emergency surgery. Carrista saved his life by getting us to a hospital..then we went onto Charleston. I dont know what we would have done without her help She is an ASSET to the Best Western family. Best Western should count their blessings. Other staff was great from arrival to departure! Will always have a special place in my heart for this Best Western. Hope Best Western will recognize Carrista and the facility. Thank You Susie and Ronald Wiggins Anderson SC

It was clean and comfortable

The morning staff was not around when we were trying to check out so another staff went to find her. She was outside smoking (which is fine) but once she was told we were there, she started outside smoking instead of coming in immediately to deal with her guests. We had to pay a $100 incidental fee and I was told it would go right back on the card when I checked out. However it took 4 days to get it back

Breakfast was OK, can be better. But if I'm taking in consideration the hotel, pricing and location, I think is very good.

I think it is nice to have a handicap room and they assigned me that room. But, the staff are super friendly and corrected the issue quickly, switching me to another room. Therefore it was not an inconvenience. Nothing is perfect in life, but with great employees with fantastic aptitude, things go as close to being perfect. We were there 13 years ago, and I'm glad that I booked the stay at that hotel.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. They went above an beyond for our stay. I will most certainly be back at this location. The what I assume is the manager was so professional the way she worked with her staff, they was funny an was actually seemed like friends you haven't seen in awhile.

I have would try to do better with the breakfast. Myself and several other guests was not impressed with the breakfast.

Very good hotel. We arrived after midnight and we were welcome very nice and friendly. Hotel is located next to a freeway but there is almost no traffic in the night so the whole area is very silent (it is also beautiful: hills, forest). The room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, WiFi worked fast and there was more than enough space at the parking in front of the building. 100 % recommended. Thank you ! :-)

I couldnt get a room the first night due to them being booked up but first thing the following morning I reserved us a room we stayed 2 nights and they was awesome!!! The front staff are great!!!! The main employee i feel should be highly acknowledged for her dedication to the hotel and the guests is the one lady that stayed simply because i myself witnessed this lady sincerely apologizing to all of us cuz she was still finishing up but was almost finished…..her face blood red where she had went none stop getting everything ready for us….she was the only housekeeper we was told that would even stay when they had a sudden short power outage which came back on not long after it went out…. That lady was EXCELLENT!!!! Guests pouring in needing rooms due to severe storm damage and power outages…She is a great employee and best western is very lucky to have her because these days its hard to find workers like her..i give my stay a 10/10!!! Ill def b visiting in the future

It was a very good breakfast and the location was also good service was very good as well.

The heating and cooling unit in the room stayed at a fair level but was not adjustable. But it was still comfortable in the room.

Front desk people were awesome to make sure we were comfortable in our room. Our room was updated. It was very clean & comfortable.

Nice and convenient to off-road areas.

A lot of guests running around on the third floor every night and calling the front desk didn’t seem to help much. Also wasn’t a fan of the girl working nights hanging on the couches with her shoes off instead of at her post prepared for guests as they arrive and early in the mornings when coming down for breakfast.
