Staff was exceptional especially Chris. He responded to all my needs without delay and always with a smile. He is definitely a golden find of an employee. Keep doing what you are doing Chris, you got it.

Very limited outside lighting very dark parking lot, side walks and stairs i had to use to get to my room was scary dark at night. , no smoke detector in my room, multiple light bulbs out in my room. Even though listed as having an indoor pool, sign on front desk says it's closed. Mattresses are being stored in there.

First of all, they had us in a handicapped room. The shower was questionable. There was no extra outlets for devices or shaver. Only 1 in bathroom and to make coffee, the shaver had to be moved along with phone charger. Also very dark in bathroom . A nite light would have helped tremendously.

I did not see any breakfast items, just coffee service. Front desk never even mentioned times. The room was warm, convenient and bed was comfortable. You could tell that renovations were ongoing so maybe we just got an outdated room.

My family and I stay at this location every 4 to 6 months and its a great stay every time. But this stay we have a few minor hiccups. Our key cards kept deactivating and this time we didn't have a mini fridge or a microwave. Don't know if it's because we requested a smoking room this time . And also we always choose this hotel for the kids to have fun at the pool but this time it was closed because they said they were having problems with the water. But other than that it was still a great stay

Location is great with good restaurants nearby. Hotel is very comfortable. Manager and staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had an issue where we lost our car keys unfortunately. The manager and his staff were super nice and helpful while helping us resolve the issue.

No complaints on anything.

was great for a last minute booking. we were on the road and needed a place to rest our head for a few hours

the breakfast could have been better and the room was freezing. the bedding could be updated. there were holes in the blankets and sheets and they were not very thick

This was a great location. After being on the road for over 8 hours we were ready to relax. The beds were comfortable and I would definitely recommend this place. It was so close to many restaurants and many other places. It was very convenient. It was also a great rate. Loved the fact that our room has two separate bathrooms and was super clean.

The pull out in the room was broken and not very comfortable.

Price for pets too steep. Commode too low. Only clean rooms every 3rd day.

Very clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for being so close to major roads! Best price we could find in the area too. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is definitely old. It shows signs of wear and age, and steps were replaced on one side. We actually liked the new wooden stairs, though--they were in good condition and made it feel rustic. :)
