Staff checking in at night and leaving in the morning was great and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. We stayed here on the way home from Siesta Key, FL to Youngstown, OH

There was no elevator in the building to the second floor which was likely the way it was designed. It was not an issue for us. I assume that the staff would place you in a first floor room if you could not walk us stairs.

Overall the stay was good. Very comfortable beds ( a little high).The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Room and dining room was clean.

Wasn't crazy about the location. But it wasn't too far from Walmart and Restaurants. There were a few stores in the shopping center.

The breakfast was good. Actually surprised by the options. The staff was great at changing our reservation to fit our changing travel plans.

Honestly the only issue we encountered was the bathroom sink drain didn't drain efficiently. Backed up quickly and took minutes to drain. Not impressed with the weird tiny square bed pillows. Will bring our own in the future.

It was nice and clean very cozy check in was a breeze the hallways in this hotel smelled so pleasant my room was very clean nice and quiet I love that the staff used to bleach to clean the rooms the linings on the bed were clean pretty and white breakfast was a blast great location hospitality was excellent.

The location, staff, breakfast and beds were great! The local wild bears were adorable in the dumpsters as well!

The smell of the room was very musty.. and the shower had mold under the shower mat. The plate behind the handle of the shower was also broken and just hanging, exposing the inner shower wall and all its funk.. there was also no elevator to take all of our stuff upstairs, which was totally fine.. but something to be noted.

We only stayed for one night, but the room provided a night's sleep. It's right off the highway and easy to find being the only name brand hotel in Bluefield VA.

We didn't eat breakfast or anything so I can't say how that was. The price was a little shocking, a little bit high for the area.

It was very clean and smelled clean. The bed was comfortable. The TV got all the channels. There was breakfast and snacks and it was very quiet. The location is close to several places to eat. It was only 5 miles from the park where my event was

I have no complaints

There was an outdoor entrance near my room.

If you want a bath you have to bring your own stopper. The light in the entrance was constantly blinking. The lack of laundry facilities. The distance from downtown. The need to go up the highway and make a U-turn for a left turn.

So clean and friendly

Check in/check out was easy. The bed was very comfortable. Employees were very nice and friendly.

Breakfast was okay. I like half and half, so I missed that in my morning coffee. I would have liked to see fresh fruit.
