Rather than staying at a typical hotel along our travels, we decided to stay the late afternoon, evening and next morning at a BRUSHCREEK FALLS RV RESORT cabin. We weren't driving an RV or pulling a camper - we just wanted to avoid the hotel scene for a change along our route. Glad we did. Staff was warm, welcoming & helpful and the stay was peaceful 🙂 The pool and pool area was delightful to relax at for a while. There's even a little store there for most anything needed. Very nice property off the beaten path yet right near the highway. And BRUSHCREEK FALLS was just a short drive down the road and 1/4 mile walk down a rock path. The location is convenient and easy to get find. The price is reasonable for people like me who live paycheck to paycheck. Also through booking I didn't have to pay till I checked in which was also convenient for me. Staff from check in till check out were phenomenal especially Trey the grounds keeper guy. He was so down to earth just a real good ol WV boy vibe!!! Which leads to the actual cabin and grounds. We requested the deluxe family cabin which at arrival was actually called the Emperor Suite. It was simple but gorgeous. Everything you need for a modern day camp which is what I'm into. The jetted tub was AMAZING 🤩. My fur baby had never been on Vaca so this was his first adventure he was welcomed with open arms no one freaked out bc he is a pit he had a fantastic time and all the other doggies did too. The grounds are fairly small, small enough to walk bit they are currently expanding and putting in a mountain coaster 🎢😁 and I'm super pumped over it!!! It's a beautiful place. The pool has a wonderful view and relaxing vibe with music. There is a Gem mine for the kiddos. And a few different play grounds for the kiddos too. It was all in all a very nice and relaxing time for my husband and I plus of course our boy Zipper!!! We will be returning in the fall when the coaster is in and I just wanna thank the owners for bringing the Tennessee Gatlinburg vibe to Our lil town. I'm Stoked!!😊

Nothing we don't love about Brushcreek Falls it's Lovely!!!

The staff was very friendly and made sure I was happy with my accommodations. I was offered an upgrade to my expected room as it was not available due to an error from Booking.com. The RV I was given was super spacious and well maintained, and the area is peaceful and family friendly including pets. Without the generosity of the manager I would have been stuck sleeping in my car.

Booking.com did not notify the facilities of my reservation, and the breakdown in communication almost cost me a place to stay. The facility did everything they could to make sure I was cared for.

We loved the cabin. There were a few glitches one there was a coffee maker but no coffee for it. We only had TV in the living room and not in the bedroom for one night 🙂. The back roads were narrow and some places only one vehicle could pass so don't take the back road, do the exit 14 off I 77 that they tell you too.

Very pretty and cozy feeling cabins. Beds are comfortable, and I loved the luxurious bathroom with the big tub and shower.

There was no soap. We brought our own so we didn't bring it up to staff, but there was no soap. Also, there was a small leak in the ceiling above the bed. Also, I don't recall the website saying our cabins had a steep set of stairs to climb to access. This wasn't a major problem for us but it could be for some people.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated.

It was difficult to locate the cabin. Not marked by the name. It is not disability friendly. Steps with a physical problem was difficult to walk with baggage. The internet was slow and could not get any channels on the television. Hair dryer would have been nice. Some type of towel in the kitchen needed.

Property was nice. Property was comfortable and brand new. Very nicely decorated.

We got there late after dark. Did self check in but was a little to dark trying to find cabin and it wasn’t labeled. I had to call them and they answered and help us find the cabin. The other thing was there were ants in the room. I probably killed about 6 -10 in a nine hour window.

Pros: furnished kitchen kitchenette, friendly staff; willing to help when we was locked out at 10p, close to family, nice fireplace on the chilly evenings

Cons: noise from I-77, ants in my shower, no internet connection to work the tv, found dirt and crumbs under the bed bed when I went to get my German Shepherd ball.

Loved the location. My granddaughters wedding was within 7min to the location and loved the atmosphere of the location.

The only downfall was no numbers on the cabin. We arrived after dark and it was hard to locate the cabin that we were staying in other than that we love the stay.

Although by mistake of the platform I could not stay with them, they took care of the situation, they found me and my children a nearby accommodation, and they took care of the price difference, they called several times to confirm that everything was ok and offered me to use their facilities for free. It has been a service beyond expectations.
