A nice room, very friendly staff. They let me change rooms with no problem when I realized I hadn't booked a room with a balcony. Close to a lot of dining and the interstate.

Very noisy staff in the morning. Heard a lot of banging around, looked out on the balcony and staff members were throwing patio chairs and tables from (i hope unused) rooms to ground level

Excellent place to stay location was Excellent and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very good, especially Bonny at the food/ bar area. Definitely would stay again!

Someone from cleaning knocked at my door around 9:45am when check out is 12 noon. We were resting.

Did not have breakfast.

We were placed in room 212. The room itself was excellent except for the fact that we could hear the washing machines making noise next to us. We called the front desk and they said it would stop very soon and it did. The rest of the early evening was quiet and we slept well. The problem was that they started washing very early the next morning, maybe 6:30 am and that was not appreciated. If not for this issue I would have given the place an excellent overall rating.

It was clean the staff was friendly a.d it was conveniently located.

Nice size room

Mold on Bathroom ceiling. Shower caulking was black, shower door tracks were filthy, picture in bathroom had a metal frame that had rust on it

It was in a good area away from traffic noise.

The bathroom sink could have been cleaner and a continental breakfast would be nice, considering the price.

Great location, right off highway, reliable brand, close to choices for dinner

The expense. Rates at half what we paid were quoted to other guests while I was at the desk. We notified the staff we were there for a funeral. no attempt at accommodations were made.
