Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, location was great close to everything and anything you need. And close to Winter place ski resort which was the reason we were there.

We stayed in Room 416, It was very loud I don't know if it was because we were by a closet room or the elevator or just a family with obnoxious kids next to us. Eggs at breakfast wasn't good everything else was fine. We didn't have any tissue in the tissue box, No garbage bags in the garbage cans, And there was little black hairs all over the shower. $400 for 2 people for 2 nights was a little pricey

The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. There was a complimentary hospitality station right as you came in with cookies, water and snacks, which was a really nice extra touch. The breakfast was very good with lots of hot and cold options and tasty. I had asked for a top floor room and 2 Queen beds and the staff readily accommodated my requests. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Princeton, WV!

It is a little close to a very busy road, so there was a bit of noise at times.

Check in was great. We booked a king bed and when we arrived none was available, we were upgraded to a suite an no extre charge. The lady was wonderful. Very friendly and courteous, she went out of her way to be pleasant. Very helpful. Keep her on, and pay her more!

We went to breakfast a little late, about 9:40. Plenty of eggs, no sausage out. I asked for sausage, but it was never brought out. Coffee was empty, but they did bring more when asked. The only fruit out were oranges, no bananas. Breakfast was disappointing!

A nice venue. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was empty at 8:40. I would like to see a tray or carrier of some sort to carry the food back to the room. The pet fee is too high and I will probably not repeat my stay there because of it. My dog causes less disorder than most humans. Nice location away from the busy area. Dog walking area was clean but it could be larger.

Dog fee too high. Breakfast area should be monitored so coffee is available during the entire breakfast time.

Food was good needed a little more flavor. Staff was unbelievable they went out of their way for us any time day or night. All amazing.

When you know a bigger family is staying you ought to drop off more towels and stuff for the bathrooms and maybe a couple other blankets.

We came in to see our family and everything was just great.I loved the shower!! We got upgraded to a suite, so that was amazing. Perhaps get some blinds or blackout curtains though, because I had to wear a sleeping mask because it was bright from the window.

Please get some blackout curtains or blinds for the rooms

Clean and very nice staff.

We travelled with as a group of three and the pull out couch mattress was so terrible and dirty looking and very uncomfortably. We actually slept on the couch and not the pull out.

Super comfortable bed. Impressively clean and well-maintained facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Solid breakfast options. We were surprised to find that it really does live up to it's high ratings.

Wish that weekday breakfast went till 10am. And that tissues were provided in the bathroom. Only these very minor issues--everything else was excellent.

The hot breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful.

The first room I was given had not been cleaned. The second room was clean and comfortable.

Very clean and comfy! Would definitely stay again!

The ONLY issue was the Wi-Fi. I couldn’t get it to connect. But it wasn’t a big deal!
