Upon checking in there was a menu there that indicated there was a restaurant in the hotel. When I went to order from my room I found the room telephone didn't work unable to call from room. I then used my cell phone to call down to front desk to ask for restaurants numbers they were no help. Not overly interested in me contacting the restaurant would not give me number said they were having trouble with their phones so I got frustrated and just used door dash. Work on your staff they really don't give customers service aren't interested in wether the restaurant has patrons or not. This is a nice place to stay a little pricey but good clean hotel. They also would not apply my ihg rewards number to my stay. Customer service sucks. Otherwise I would stay again. Trailer parking limited. Plugs for computer use were plentiful.

Location is perfect to travel to New River George NP. Ample restaurants and gas stations at Beckley. We loved our stay at Holiday inn, Beckley.

There were breakfast coupons given when we checked into the hotel. They were provided based on the number of people checking into the room. We did not like the way we should show them at the breakfast table and order food off the menu on Saturday. There was a lot of wait time to be seated and have our breakfast. The person who showed us to the table said that the food is free if we produced the breakfast coupon. When we did show them the coupon after eating our breakfast, they charged us about $17 ish for the food. This was highly disappointing.

we were traveling with our dog Lily and they treated Lilly as their guest. They were kind, friendly and ready to do what it takes to make us a comfortable as possible. We ate from the bar and the food was excellent.

they use Dove products and I am allergic. No big deal for me as I always travel with my own tolietries.

The one hour it took to resolve the booking.com reservation that did not show in the system! Ended up that booking.com had to cancel the reservation. I got a better rate on-site saving a total of $200 from what booking.com would have charged me!

The property was clean and neat. All but one employee was nice but because of that employee, the trip was not as good as it should have been.

Many children running up and down the hall and staff didn’t do anything. No amenities in bathroom. No tissues the whole stay. No extra toothpaste, cotton balls, q-tips etc. The waitress in the hotel dinning room was so rude to us the first time we went to dinner. We never ate there again!

Clean rooms. Restaurant inside and buffet breakfast was great. Water pressure is amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

The cable provider wasn't the greatest. I recommend that the hotel look into offering streaming apps to watch.

Poperty was clean and nice. TV remote did not work and shower was luke warm...other than that perfect.

Very nice hotel that was perfect for our needs. Staff was friendly. The hotel has a restaurant that is open for breakfast and dinner, as well as a bar. Breakfast was not included in the stay, but was $10 and kids under 11 ate free.

Very clean and accessible from the highway. Friendly staff and kids loved the pool. Restaurant and bar were great and the room was big enough for a family of 5

Only stayed one night, but everyone was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was great!

The only thing is the bed could have been more comfortable.
