Simple basic older 2 star hotel, not luxurious, but excellent value for $'s. Room had very basic furnishings, but was unusually (for most middle & lower end hotels) very clean, quiet, & peaceful (only ¼ full) Fantastic shower with great pressure, high end towels, super clean bathroom & tub. Small microwave and larger super clean mini-fridge with lots of shelves & room, that was not listed in the amenities section at booking. Good staff, esp James @ front desk, & the most pleasant/friendly, helpful, & hardworking cleaning lady Trina ( the reason the rooms are so clean on this floor). They did my special request exactly as I asked, top floor, middle of hall. Beds would be comfortable for most, a little too hard for me; I need super soft. Very good pillows.Basic continental breakfast; pastries, breads, cereal, fruit, etc., waffles were only hot item. I liked the window seat above the quiet heating unit, to sit right at the window and talk on phone and pray at night, looking out at the beautiful trees with snow, and the cars on the bypass. Great for when my back was hurting. Also has a closed wardrobe, so you don't see all your clothes & stuff all the time. Nice little touch!

The bathroom light is on a wind-up timer, and shut off several times before finishing my shower. You had to constantly rewind it. Not a bad idea, but needs a longer time before shutting off.

The front desk staff was amazing other than the day we checked out. She was not friendly at all ! Maybe she was having a bad day or just doesn't like her job. I'm glad I only had to deal with her on checkout time. If I had to deal with her during our stay, I most likely wouldn't have wanted to stay there ! Other than that employee, everyone else was very friendly and helpful.

Day we checked out the girl at the front desk was not very friendly and kinda rude.

It was easily accessible from the highway. The staff was very kind and helpful. It shared the driveway with a Dollar General which was very convenient for picking up some items we needed. The pool was wonderful: clean, warm and open 24 hours. The continental breakfast was really nice, a good selection for such a buffet. The coffee was delicious and available into the evening. The room was really clean , the heater worked well and the water pressure and water temperature in the bathroom was really good. There was a small coffee pot in the room as well as an iron & ironing board, but there was no fridge or microwave in the room. We did, however. use their dining area micro to warm up some pizza we had with us. The only downside to this stay was the shabbiness of the carpet, the Crack in the bathroom door and the Crack in the bathroom mirror patched with scotch tape. A little updating of the room itself might be called for, but the stay was more than we expected for the price and the location. We would stay there again.

This hotel is fabulous. Every staff member was so friendly and kind. The pool was so clean and the temperature was so comfortable. Everything was very clean. We ordered the suite and that was fab. To have a sofa, microwave and refrigerator with a small freezer. What a blessing. My chihuahua loved it too. Right off of interstate 64. I would stay here again and again. The beds were so comfortable. I really travel a lot, and the beds are usually a deal breaker because they're so hard. This was not the case. Super comfortable mattress and pillows. Their pool is 24 hours and was very clean. They offered coffee, Orange juice, muffins, bagels, toast, waffles, and fresh fruit for breakfast. The hotel itself was very clean and taken care of. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it and stay here again. Thank you Jeremy and Shelby for making us feel welcome. My husband was thankful for the razor you gave him.

No eggs or meat for breakfast but at least there was breakfast.

Great location for an overnight stop. Room was clean and front desk staff super helpful and friendly.

We got a better room than we expected. We had stayed here before and this time round it was even better. We had unexpectedly got a suite with a kitchenette instead of the room we thought we booked. It was large and well laid out. It had the same fantastic hot shower. The shower pressure was incredible.

Didn’t have anything we disliked but we were accidentally double charged for our room! We were charged twice for a one night stay and have informed our credit card to start a case and are still trying to get Booking. Com to correct this ! Don’t know whose fault this is but we won’t blame the hotel for this as our stay was really good

Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was well-stocked and eating area was clean and comfortable. The motel was easy to access and parking was good.

The rug was not very clean--We found pet hair and cat litter throughout the carpet. Sheets were clean, but had tattered edges. There was no quilt or blanket on the bed. The smoke alarm had been removed from the ceiling. Room smelled musty if A/C wasn't turned down to at least 64 or colder. Otherwise it smelled okay.

It was a quick, overnight stay on may way back from Florida. It seems that the hotel is popular, the parking was almost full. Upon my arrival I saw a family coming back from the swimming pool (I didn't check the pool, but the family looked happy). The room was not very large, but I liked its design - it felt very European, almost Scandinavian and it didn't have that typical, sad vibe of hotels close by the highways. The best part was the price - comparing to similar places in Florida it was almost three time cheaper and much nicer.

I stayed only for a few hours - so I liked everything.

There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. I could not refrigerate my dinner leftover. As a result (no way to prove this but it seems the most likely possibility) I had food poisoning from eating it midmorning the next day and had to miss the first night of the high school reunion I had travelled for as a result.
