Tru is a great place to stay at a very economical price. Rooms have the basic amenities, including a moveable desk, walk-in shower, refrigerator, iron and board and plenty of places to hang coats and store luggage. It is not fancy, but has everything you need with colorful decor and “happy” quotes on the walls. There is an extensive snack shop with beverages, a pool table, tables for cards, swing chairs and coffee 24/7. The hotel was clean and the breakfast very good with a large selection of food. We will definitely be looking for Tru hotels again.

Instead of charging the card I used to make the reservation somehow they managed to charge my debit card which came out of my checking immediately. That created a big problem for me as I was not ready for that big bill to come out of my checking at this time. I do not understand how that happened but I am not happy about it!

Breakfast was adequate for travelers. Room looked clean. No odors. Walking distance to good food options.

Both my husband and I woke up with Insect bites of some sort. Could not find bed bugs. Did notice that this hotel is Pet friendly. I am allergic to flea bites. Thinking my bites are flea bites, as they are behaving as such. Mentioned it at check out, got a shrug.

Staff was great & welcoming! Rooms were clean.. Nicely put together.. Nice and clean and friendly staff..And it WAS NOT NOISY as some comments have stated. Our family slept just fine! Thnx Tru staff for everything!

There was no microwave in the room and no ice machine on every floor. Guest have to walk down to main level to reach those. Didn’t really get any knowledge of where certain things were but we just read the signs and followed.

The sleek design. The bathroom sealed the deal. We have stayed in a lot of places and this was a well designed bathroom. My husband and I are a bigger size and most places are not meant for us. Very pleased.

The WIFI i was unable to use. 🫤 I did not need it or I would have called the desk. No coffee pot in the room.

I liked the rooms and work areas in the lobby. I enjoyed the complementary water for Hilton Honors members. The staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions about local restaurants.

There was nothing that I did not like during my stay at the hotel. I would stay again when in town visiting family. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious- good variety of foods Like the fact that there was coffee and tea available 24h The facility on the whole was very clean Wish there was a hot tub especially after a long drive

Loved the stand up shower! Room was modern and clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the welcoming text when we checked in! Great way to communicate with front desk-solved problem with room refrigerator quickly for us!

The breakfast was very very good. The best we ever had at a hotel. Coffee was delicious too. Location was perfect for our needs at that time

The only real issue was the loud AC unit in the bedroom. So annoying! Quiet them down.

For being a true by Hilton, it had not been cleaned very well. There was no shampoo in the bottles. There was kid drool all over the mirror and something had been spilled on the bench, and there was sand on the floor.
