Did not have breakfast.

We were placed in room 212. The room itself was excellent except for the fact that we could hear the washing machines making noise next to us. We called the front desk and they said it would stop very soon and it did. The rest of the early evening was quiet and we slept well. The problem was that they started washing very early the next morning, maybe 6:30 am and that was not appreciated. If not for this issue I would have given the place an excellent overall rating.

Excellent place to stay location was Excellent and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very good, especially Bonny at the food/ bar area. Definitely would stay again!

It was clean the staff was friendly a.d it was conveniently located.

Mold on Bathroom ceiling. Shower caulking was black, shower door tracks were filthy, picture in bathroom had a metal frame that had rust on it

we’ll maintained. fire in the courtyard was nice. the food and menu were terrific. the staff were helpful and friendly.

The expense. Rates at half what we paid were quoted to other guests while I was at the desk. We notified the staff we were there for a funeral. no attempt at accommodations were made.

It was in a good area away from traffic noise.

The bathroom sink could have been cleaner and a continental breakfast would be nice, considering the price.

Confusion over payment .. Desk person said they don't like working with third-party. Wasn't sure if I was being charged by hotel or Booking.com or both .

I didn’t like the musky smell it had in my room. also, it was supposed to be a pet friendly hotel. My husband went out to smoke and someone brought their dog in the side doors. I’m highly allergic to dogs or I wouldn’t care cause I love animals.

Beds were so comfortable. Very clean. Pleasant staff. Starbucks coffee shop on site was great!
