This was a decent overnight trip. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was pretty good with various options.

The building shows obvious signs of age. The bathtub had a cracked flaked off inner lining and had a patch glued down to cover the worst part. There is one exceptionally slow elevator with a broken indicator light. We chose the stairs after our initial experience. I thought the price was too high.

Mandi the front desk employee was very kind and knowledgeable. The hotel had over booked for the double queen room we requested. But no worries she gave us a free upgrade to a double queen sweet!!! I wish every employee was as pleasant as she was. Thank you Best Western for an amazing stay!!!

The location is very convenient,close to many restaurants,there is ample parking in the property and breakfast t is decent Bed is very comfortable

I have not tried the breakfast so I cant say anything about it. I stayed for 2 nights. The staff were extremely nice. I loved the cookies at the front desk. Hotel is clean and no bad smells any where. The Hotel manager was very nice and helpful.

entire place was clean, breakfast that was included was just right (I really like the waffles), staff was super nice, plenty of parking space, relatively quiet

not much negative, maybe fix the leaky (inefficient) faucet as half of the water was going down the drain instead of to the shower

1. One staff member was defensive and rude about a misunderstanding of my advance written request…..instead of immediately trying to solve the problem.

Very friendly staff! Allowed us to keep our motorcycles under the roof of the entrance drive to protect them from the coming thunderstorms! Room was great, clean and comfortable. There's an Outback right across from the hotel, like 100 yards away and you get 10% off your bill for staying here!

There was nothing I didn't like!

We loved being on the first floor, and the breakfast was good. The staff was kind and welcoming. There were no issues with loud noises or disturbances.

The price was not worth what we paid .. On Booking.com, we selected the two queen beds and a sofa bed. There was no sofa or sofa bed in our room. When mentioned this to the staff, they said since we went through a 3rd party .. we have to wait for booking.com to respond to our complaint and that they did not see the room with sofa bed. Just be cautious of that.

Clean and comfortable. Good place to rest for the night as you pass through.

While checking in the person handed me my room keys and stated my room number out loud. This was uncomfortable as I was traveling alone. The difference in prices for the same types of rooms. Near checkin since small lobby. As people checked in I could hear what each person was being asked or suggested. I wasn’t offered to become a member for a discount or other questions that might reduce the cost.

The beds were super comfy and great linens!

Bathroom, while totally functional was a bit small. The breakfast was slightly disappointing but the staff were doing their best to replenish the missing items. The bacon was so crispy it could easily be made into bacon “Dust”.
