The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very centrally located close to restaurants and shopping with easy access to the interstate. Despite being close to the highway, we heard no traffic noise and also felt very safe. Other reviewers commented on the rooms being small, but we thought ours was of adequate size with good storage. Other comments mentioned the small bathroom vanity, but the vanity has a drawer and shelf below the drawer for storage and personal items, so we thought it was very adequate for our toiletries and personal items.

The only thing was the fact that you can hear other doors shutting and noise in the hallway once morning came, but it wasn't enough to disrupt our sleep.

The hotel looks very new. The room is clean and has number of shelfs and big space for putting your stuff, which I like very much. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and lose to major roads. The bed is pretty comfy. Staff was helpful.

Breakfast was simple and dull. Wifi was not stable. The room door lock didn't function well. The side door on the first floor does not require a room id to enter.

Easy check in, rooms clean, beds comfortable, staff was nice, good breakfast. Location very convenient and safe. The room was somewhat quiet-I could not hear the outdoor traffic or the people in the rooms next to me. But, when they left the next morning I could hear them talking in the hallway near our door and when they closed their door. We could also hear a child running and jumping in the room above us around 10:30 pm.(this type of noise shouldn't reflect on the hotel they can't help that there are rude and inconsiderate people)

The breakfast area was a little small for all the people wanting to eat at the same time but, it was adequate just choose your time when its less crowded. What I didn't like were the rude inconsiderate guest. I even had a woman to reach over my breakfast plate in my hand as I was attempting to walk away. No- excuse me, no- can I get something, or just wait until I'm out of the way.

I was very impressed with this particular Comfort Inn. I was very hesitant to stay here as many times they are a disappointment. Normally I never consider them in my search. I noticed this particular one had a high rating. I can see why. It was very clean and up to date. The staff were really helpful. I saw it is an independent owned facility. They should be recognized for their standards of their facility. Clean and comfortable beds.

This room was clean & quiet with a very comfortable bed (it is unusual that I say that about a hotel bed). As seniors, we really appreciated the walk in shower. The location of the hotel is convenient to the highway and there are a number of restaurants nearby.

The heating/cooling unit did not function well. Also, the bathroom space was tight with the smallest sink area I have ever seen in a hotel.

The front desk staff was very welcoming, polite, and provided everything we needed for our stay! She greeted us and made me feel welcome even though I was scatter brained after driving for 8 hours that day! Also the room was sooo so clean! The breakfast attendant was very nice as well! The breakfast was delicious! Tons of options

You could hear outside noises such as interstate and doors slamming but a light sleeper and I forgot my sound machine.

Over the years, our family has stayed at different local hotels for our trips to Winterplace. We finally found a GREAT one!! This place had: one of the cleanest rooms we've ever stayed in, the MOST comfortable mattress and linens, VERY clean room and bathroom, and a great breakfast!! This place blew Tru by Hilton out of the park!! If you're looking for a great place for a quick trip to Winterplace, look no further!!

We were in town for my husband's class reunion and stayed 2 nights. The staff was friendly, the lobby and rooms were very clean and fresh. The room could have used more lighting, especially over in the corner by the bed. The large TV was perfect for watching the Olympics. All in all, we were very pleased and would stay there again.

Needed more lights.. a lamp over in the corned by the bed would have been nice.

The room is very clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly, location is super convenient, plenty of food places around.

Don't expect too much about the breakfast. Sound insulation is not that great. You can hear TV, foot steps from above and people opening and closing doors, talking in the hallway. We went on Bridge day. It was $300 a night of course. Expensive for this kind hotel.

The stay was comfortable and everything supporting that seemed to be in place.

The cleanliness of the room was a little lacking, as there was dust on items, but the bed and bathroom seemed clean except the glass showed door had hard water or soap scum on tortions if it. Also, the shower shampoo and conditioner ran out on the 2nd day of my stay.
