Pool & Hot Tub still out of.order. I saw previous comments stating pool out of order with the same excuse I received. Continetial breakfast was minimal at best. Scrambled eggs. Waffles and cereals. Orange juice was really good. The TV & remote were difficult to use. The TV remote did not want to connect.

Breakfast was very good. It was to be served until 10 AM. We arrived at a little after 9 AM and there were no eggs left. The manager noticed we were there for breakfast and prepared fresh eggs for us! Above and beyond!

Pillows were very, very soft and squishy, no option for more firm pillows.

The manager went out of his way to help us. We like the breakfast with the sausages. Most hotels the sausage is terrible but they had quality food. The beds were super comfortable and the room actually smelled fresh! We like the fact that it was quiet and we slept peacefully.

It look like it could have been vacuumed a little better. The price was a little high but it was cheaper than the casino and the rooms seem to be better too.

Comfortable room and good facilities in Crandon, Wisconsin. Located a few minutes drive from the downtown area. Rooms were clean and quiet. We just used the hotel room for sleeping - after spending the day with friends who have a small property on one of the nearby lakes, but there was a bar, a nice looking pool, and small fitness center as well.

I don't have any complaints about the hotel. You hear some truck traffic on the road outside the hotel, not enough to keep me awake. The hotel was fixing the children's pool and the hot tub. We weren't planning to use it, but I suppose that would have been disappointing if we would have had small children.

The room was adequate. The staff was great and willing to help. Asked about the best restaurant in town and they gave us several options. the location was conveniently located.

When paying such a high price I look for perfection at a hotel. Like I said the room was adequate. The bathroom was another story. The shower was to small and they must of had a leak. There was a big patch in the wall. You would have thought they would have found someone that could do drywall and make it seamless. The tile looked like it was going to fall off, but might have just needed some finishing.

Quiet and a great patio!

For breakfast I would have preferred much more selection of whole food plant based foods. I found little that was not processed products loaded with sugar and fat.

Excellent accommodation. Exceeded expectations. Best room we have stayed in. Very clean. Beds super comfy. Even had an electric jug in the room which was a real bonus as we are tea drinkers. Would definitely stay here again.

No complaints at all.

Just add fresh donuts and hard boiled eggs.

Pool was not working. Room mix up. Their dryer was broke, but we did not have to wait on anything. Staff was very nice. Didn't have someone at the front desk often.

The location was good for the route we were traveling and our room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good also.

Disappointed the pool was closed. There didn’t seem to be anyone at the front desk.
