The front desk staff were wonderful!! Very friendly and helpful with local establishments. The location was also very beautiful!

The hostess at the restaurant was a bit snooty when we asked about reservations. We didn't end up eating at the restaurant at the Inn. Otherwise, our stay was great!!

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful! Our room was well cleaned and the shared facilities were well kept. I would recommend this location to other travelers.

We were not expecting anything amazing from a continental breakfast but the breakfast left a bit to be desired.

The property was clean and the room was large and comfortable.

The cable and internet was horrible. They both kept going out making tv watching impossible. I talked to the woman at the desk and she didn’t seem to care. The cable would work for 10 minutes and go out for long periods.

The Eagle River Inn was a great location, very near the downtown area. It had a rustic cabin feel to it, f perfect for vacationing in the north woods. The room had a comfortable king sized bed, a microwave, small fridge, and table and chairs in the room. There was a walk out patio to the lake with a great view.

The room was clean, the king bed was comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the very short very small toilet. Since the room is obviously for adults, we wondered why they put a child sized toilet in the bathroom.

Restaurant/bar connected to hotel, and another within walking distance. Patio furniture, grills and fire pit for guests. Dock for boats. Must make reservations at Restaurant.

Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the set up, check in was a breeze….

Our room seemed hot even when we turned the heat down to 62. Pool could use some updating and make that area warmer.

Great location on a lake, minutes from down town. Fantastic restaurant, and bar. Wonderful swimming pool, and room was very clean.

There were limited options available. We only used on last day prior to leaving. Coffee was good.

There could have been an easy chair in the room to watch the football game better. The restaurant was expensive. Wish we had been told to make a reservation prior to arriving as we could not get a reservation until 8:30PM We arrived at 4:30. There was only a stick un the patio door to prevent from opening.

I enjoyed everything the restaurant was nice just pricey. The rooms was great same with the breakfast
