Beautiful public spaces and spacious, clean and well appointed rooms. Pleasantly surprised all the way around. So many properties in the area are dated/worn, unclean or both. Derby Inn was clean, comfortable and exceptional. The breakfast was especially good, with hot and cold selections and great variety.

The beds were oddly squeaky, but comfortable otherwise. Too bad they don't allow pets.

Cleanest hotel, kept up great , fully stocked breakfast, hot and cold!!!!everything. Quiet air conditioning. Comfortable bed and pillows and bedding. Big room with lots of storage areas for extended stay. Windows opened for fresh air. Kuerig coffee maker in the room . Good coffee . Nice big clean pool and hot tub. Wonderful friendly staff.

I brought my ESA dog & they stuck us in the back & told me the dog could only go out the back & come in the back & so my granddaughter couldn’t use the pool because I couldn’t bring the dog in there so I could watch her or even go down to use anything in the facility with the dog & so I had to run him to a shelter down the road in order to let my granddaughter use the pool & I should’ve never had to do that with my license emotional support dog, that’s against the rules of our rights!

Staff were fantastic. Friendly and helpful. I vas very impressed for a small town hotel.

I wish I would have booked directly with the hotel and not through a third party website. I paid for a room with a pull out sofa and that was not communicated to the hotel, so there was not one available.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable. High quality bedding and decor. Everything in good order except NO ELEVATOR. Not pleasant making three trips up and then three trips down ti move in and out after a tiring day of travel, especially for seniors. How did hotel ever pass ADA requirements?

The location was perfect for us. The room was perfect. The pillows and bed were heavenly.

My wife is disabled so it was very hard for her to walk the distance to our room. Halfway to our room she had to lean on the wall to rest. A chair in the hall would be a nice thoughtful amenity.

Breakfast was great! One of the nicest breakfasts we've ever seen. Staff was super..friendly and helpful. They were all great! Including housekeeping. We would stay at a BW Derby Inn again. Very nice!

Pool was a little cool..could have been a couple degrees warmer. But a very nicely kept pool ,very clean. Also clothes closet was a bit small and "short" for hanging clothes. But all the extra shelves were nice.

Location was nice and room was adequate. The breakfast was more than usual places and kept full. There was no waiting for a waffle, like other places.

The tub and sink need a plumber, they wouldn't drain, or drained very, very slowly.

We thought the property was excellent. The room was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast was very good. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel!!

I wish that the milk were in individual cartons. I like to know what I am drinking and the expiration date. I was.told.that you are getting an elevator, I hope so. I needed to do a load of laundry and doing the stairs is extremely difficult for me.
