The breakfast was nice to have. Along with the pool and hot tub. Everything was nice and clean. Hard to believe the place is as old as it is since everything there is very well maintained.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at the restaurant on the 3rd floor. Our dinner was not very good. Some of the food was cold and those who ordered the pizza were very disappointed when it was undercooked/raw pizza dough. The staff was very nice nice about it and took very good care of our group. We figured out that our stay was during the off season and they were short of kitchen help.

Loved the grounds and the building! Very cool ambiance! The pool, hot tub and sauna were all nice and are upen till 10 for everyone and then from 10pm-12am it's open for adults only. My son liked that the gym was open 24 hours! The staff was great!!! Adam at the front desk is amazing!!! So very informative and helpful and a very hard worker! We had a wonderful stay!!

Only thing I would say is not really about the Hotel...it was more about Booking.coms website showing the room we selected as having 1 king bed and 2 pull out couches and when we got there...there was only one pullout couch. This was a bit problematic for my family. Adam at the front desk took care of that right away and provided a roll away bed, which was perfect!

the breakfast was a nice bonus. coffee and a bagel before we began our day was great. the maintence people let us wash our utv off when we got back and enjoyed the battle of the bands. Rachel greeted us on arrival was very energetic and very helpful. actually all the staff was awesome!!!! we will be back to visit again. the fish fry on Friday was delicious.

the service in the bar area was lacking service. unorganized would be a good word to use, which is too bad so much history and a beautiful place.

We went to the pool twice - water was a bit chilly, but such a large pool in a big space. Sauna was well-kept, too. Breakfast was continental and adequate. A make-your-own waffle station would be awesome here, to increase options.

We were wondering if the pool heater might be broken. The floor of the pool had quite a lot of chipped plaster and the hot tub was under repair. For the continental breakfast, some of the cereal was stale, one choice for milk. Not too bad, just limited choices for such a remote location.

Thanks for getting us a suite at the price you did. We thoroughly enjoed Four Seasons, and will recommend your service to book from. My wife and I relaxed ror the first time in a while.

Nice kitchen, no actual working cabinets, no utensils, Bring your own? Restaurant is closed for the season. The "1905 Steakhouse is one of the reasons to go there. However the food in the bar was borderline excelĺent. The server was slammed, but handled evwrything like a pro, with a smile on her countanence.

I liked that they kind of had everything right on the island, from food to activities. Pool was definitely plus size, very cool pool. Nice golf course with a two track for carts and bikes.

I didn't like that the sauna and hot tub were out of order for the entire stay. Only the restaurant and pro club were open for our stay, so the kids didn't get to enjoy things like the candy shop. They offered bike rentals, that I really liked, but the bikes themselves just seemed a little poorly maintained.

Though short staffed the ones there go above and beyond! Any issue we had was taken care of promptly. The facilities are amazing they really have a great place there.

Being short staffed you can tell corners are cut. There were previously used towels in a closet in our room. Adam was very apologetic and it was taken care of. Otherwise cleanliness was top notch

Awesome resort! Unbelievable off-season rate. Cool wooden bridge to drive across. Best reuben ever at the bar and grill. Friendly staff, HUGE room and bathroom, great complimentary breakfast (including pre-packaged Banana Bread--WHAT?!?), golf course view and cool artwork and model car decor. Love this place.

We have been to this property many times and love it. It is beautiful and there is so much to do if you love to be outdoors. You can prepare your own meals in the kitchen.

Still recovering from poor management and you can see this. The fine dining restaurant was open finally but poorly run. We know there is a staffing issue and the staff there all do their best and are excellent but still not what this place could be.

Awesome property. I had to look at my booking and make sure I didn’t book the room at a much higher price. The room was a 2 room suite with a balcony. The old part of the hotel was a walk back into the 1920’s.

The internet went down the day we were there, and there is no cell service. They refunded the price of the stay due to the internet issue.
