The room was clean and quiet. Although parts of the building were a bit run down, the room itself was in great shape. I felt safe there (woman traveling alone). It looked like families were really enjoying the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Getting lost because of taking the wrong elevator and not seeing directions to the other one. Another woman was trying to do the same thing, do it wasn't just me.

The staff was very nice. I appreciated that they offered a bar with a complementary drink. The breakfast wasn’t huge but what they had was good. Rooms were clean and beds were pretty comfortable.

It’s a bit dated, but you can tell that they are trying to do some updates.

I was a little hesitant to stay here after some of the reviews I read, but it was pet friendly and right off the highway very close to restaurants and shops. Pulling up, the outside of the building looked a little run down, but after going inside, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is under new management, has new, friendly staff, and are doing a great job with updates and cleanliness. The room was nice! It was a good size, clean and set up well. It had a large fridge, TV and microwave. The bar was open until midnight; with reasonably priced drinks, large TV's, a pool table, dart board, juke box and gambling machines. Although the waterslides and hot tub were closed for repairs, the pool was ADULTS ONLY from 11:30 pm-1:30 am! There is a small arcade for the kids. The hot breakfast was very good and served until 10 am. I don't know how long ago those bad reviews were written, but I had a great experience and would definitely stay there again.

I thought it was an awesome time went for my birthday the bar was great, it was very clean, and the night shift lady even asked me if I had a good birthday ! I thought that was Awesome 👍 had a great time thank you!

Breakfast was okay. Few choices, but understandable due to few people staying.

my wife is 5' 2" so had problems getting on and off the bed. Not very convenient for her. Maybe rethink the height of the beds?

The property is close to a major highway and access is easy. It has a pool, fitness center, and bar. Breakfast is available each morning. The shower was hot and had good water pressure.

Stairwells to access upper floors are in need of cleaning and a coat of paint. Stairwell lighting is adequate but could use some updating.

Great location. Nice bar area with pool tables and games. Huge fitness room! Located near food options. Hot tub.

Pet friendly but cost 20.00 for pet. Nice pool, great breakfast.

Outdoor landscape desperate need of help, could have been a little bit cleaner, room kinda stunk like ammonia, toilet paper roll was broken, didn't have good water pressure in shower

The facilities had a lot to offer. The rooms were nice and well kept. The gym facility was excellent and lot of amenities for families!
