My husband and two dogs were traveling west from the midwest after Christmas, and needed a place to spend the night, both to avoid bad weather and because I had been sick. It was the perfect, comfortable, convenient respite from a 12 hour day of driving. The staff was very kind and upgraded our room to a king to keep us on the first floor with the dogs. The room was lovely and clean. I didn't eat much breakfast because of being ill, but appreciated the tea and toast my husband brought me in the morning.

Great location a few minutes from UW. My suite was spacious, warm and quiet.

I dislike drinking water from paper/plastic cups, proper glass tumblers should be provided in rooms. I liked the soft water, but the bathtub was slippery, non-slip shower mats might be a good idea. There were no hard boiled eggs available at breakfast, two of these make a quick breakfast and lunch for business travelers.

Brent is a fantastic front desk person. Helped get our reservations for our upcoming trip back to Laramie, gave us ideas of things to see, always greeted us, and asked how are day was. The gentleman taking care of the breakfast was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Especially the biscuits and gravy! Diced ham and cheese and salsa for your scrambled eggs if you wanted. Coffee machine in the lobby was a big plus. Not just Decaf or regular plain coffee.

Didn't get to use the hot tub, but they had a broken pipe, and were actively trying to get it fixed when we arrived. Beds are a bit hard.

Motels in Laramie gouge travelers for any event at the University of Wyoming. The price for one night at this motel was no different than any other motel in for the same weekend.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff was very kind as they even gave me a map and pointed out the way when I looked for Walmart to buy something. I know it looks stupid as I can easily find it out on Google Maps, but what they did indeed exceeded my expectations.

The staff was very friendly. The lady that took care of the breakfast each morning was a jewel. So outgoing. We even suggested a tip jar so people could show their appreciate of her work. We left her a tip each morning as well as for the young man that was there our last day. He too was very nice. The room was clean and the laundry facility was nice and clean as well.

There wasn't one thing we didn't like about it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bess were firm and comfortable. Nice size fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast had a wide assortment of yummy options and the area was kept clean. In fact the whole property was well kept and clean. Would definitely stay again.

The front desk was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me with any requests. The premises and room was also very clean and had everything I needed. They even have a free 24/7 coffee machine on the lobby, which was very helpful when I needed I drink in the afternoon or evenings.

I did not enjoy the workout room as much. Small amount of equipments and the dumbbells were missing pairs, making it harder to get some exercise done. The breakfast was decent, but have a small selection of options and is the same thing everyday.

Good Breakfast. Overall just a clean facility, especially things like the newer carpet, spotless bathroom and even a great elevator. Encountered friendly staff at check in and check out. They also were able to assist with supplying an in house personal item we needed without having to make a special trip to the store.

The water in the shower feels like it leaves a film or doesn’t get the soap completely off of you. I’m assuming they have a water softener. Not saying it’s the hotels fault, but just something I personally didn’t like.
