Came to Laramie with my youngest who was starting classes at Wyotech. Everyone we interacted with, from the young man that picked us up from the Laramie airport (the rental car pick up was closed by the time we got there) to the front desk staff and housekeeping were all amazing. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were perfect, location was quiet and centrally located. A big plus was they are in a center with multiple places to eat that are within walking distance if you don't want to eat at the hotel. Highly recommend McAllister's Deli and Hambone's Pizza. We used the self service laundry facilities which was quick and convenient. I will definitely stay there on my next trip!

I have no complaints. Everyone at the hotel (and really in Laramie as a whole) nails customer service! I work in the vacation rental industry and it is not easy sometimes to keep a positive attitude.

Decided last minute to stay the night in Laramie before driving home after a longer than expected time moving my son into his new apartment. Checked in around 9:30PM and Desiree was friendly, professional, and efficient in getting me checked in (was in my room within 7 minutes of arrival). Desiree went above and beyond by getting my room TV operational after I got into my room and discovered it would not power on or connect with the network. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The shower and AC were a welcomed necessities after hauling items around in the sun and wind all day. The bed was extremely comfortable and provided a very comfortable good night's sleep. The made to order breakfast the following AM was delicious and hit the spot before I headed back towards home. It was hard to decide between the three-egg omelet / hashbrowns / sausage and the breakfast buffet. Top notch as compared to other breakfast offerings at the other hotels in Laramie.

TV was not working in the room upon arrival (would not power on and then would not connect to the network). Took about a half hour to 45 minutes to get it working and connected to the network.

Check-in was quick and efficient with very pleasant and professional front desk staff. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and chilled (AC). My son and I had spent the day (Saturday) celebrating an early Father's Day exploring up in the Snowy Range / Medicine Bow area (since he had campers arriving on Sunday [Father's Day] for an Astrophysics Camp he was working for the University of Wyoming that next week), and I was pretty worn out -- needed a good night's sleep before heading back down to Denver -- the Hilton Garden Inn fit the bill wonderfully. The made-to-order three egg omelet with hashbrowns, sausage, orange juice and coffee hit the spot in the AM before heading back to Denver.

Very spacious and comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was particularly good, and the conference facilities and fitness room also made it a welcoming stay. Also, the complimentary shuttle bus was much appreciated, as was the proximity to the university.

The bedroom decor was a bit dated, but not a huge issue as the room was nice and comfortable. Only plastic cups were provided, and it would be nice have use of real glass for drinks etc (including for environmental sustainability reasons)

Kelli in the breakfast area was FANTASTIC. Our previous stay from a couple of weeks ago was not as good when we dealt with Billy. But THIS visit, Kelli, more than made up for it.

Billy. Room 510 had some mold on the carpet (I would assume from water damage from the shower) right by the corner of the shower in the entry to the bathroom. Room 511 was much better.

Friendly staff upon arrival - Checked us in within minutes and let us get on our way. Dog friendly which helped a lot and location was fantastic

The Hilton app didn't work. Downloaded it as instructed to get the digital key but it kept saying 'Booking not found' upon filling out the details. A little annoying but will just use the regular check in desk. May be because it was through Booking.com

We were able to hang out in the lobby with friends and family. The staff was very accommodating and met our needs with drinks and food.

The breakfast was fine…but for the price of the rooms you would think the buffet would be free. Having to pay for it on top of the hefty room price was ridiculous!

We arrived before check out. The receptionist let us hang out in the lobby and offered us the first room available. She was very kind and understanding. We had left for airport at 2am est and flew into Denver. We were pretty tired by the time we got to your hotel. Please thank her for us. 😊

Location was good for the purpose of our visit. Our breakfast was great:), nice to not to have to wait for a table. Our food was freshly prepared and wait staff very friendly.

Becoming a bit dated. Rooms need to be upgraded or remodeled. The $70 deposit was a bit much but quickly refunded.

Breakfast was great! We really liked the set up including real silverware and plates/cups/bowls. Food selection was better than the usual free breakfast; really appreciated fruit other than the usual apple or banana.

We would love coffee to be available all day, not just at breakfast.
