Clean and comfortable. It was the best value in Laramie. I looked through several hotels in Cheyenne and Laramie, and Quality inn was the best one for the amenities to cost. The hot tub was fantastic and my son loved the pool. Great stay

The only thing I didn't like was the table in the swimming area felt greasy when I'd put my arms on it. That was about the only issue to speak of, they do a great job as far as I can tell with cleanliness.

Very nice! Pictures matched the location, the gym had plenty of equipment and free weights. The breakfast had plenty of different options that worked for both the kids and adults and the rooms were nice.

Their doors were having a bunch of issues. We weren’t able to use the pool cause even their master key couldn’t get the door open. The staff felt really bad about it and tried everything they could but nothing was working. Also had our key cards stop working and they had to reprogram them twice. I would also say a better wipe down of faucets and the coffee maker as they were all pretty dirty but that’s just nick picky.

Beds very comfortable and so were the pillows. Room was clean and up to date. Coffee offered in main room as well as breakfast served in the mornings. Very convenient location on Grand Ave., close to Wal Mart & UW as well as food establishments. Would definitely stay here again. Parking was abundant and easy too.

Room was clean. Fridge and heater were very quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Shower had good water pressure and curved shower rod. Nice looking pool and jacuzzi. Water and pool area were clean and well kept.

Sink didn't drain well. Hallway carpets could use vacuuming/shampooing.

Room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the fitness room. Special mention for the tasteful Halloween decorations in the lobby. Gave me a homey feeling as soon as I walked in the door. Just a little unexpected touch that I enjoyed.

Only thing is the bathroom door opens a little too close to the toilet. Kind of tricky to maneuver. Small issue in the grand scheme. I’m love to come back.

Great breakfast; Quiet A/C; Great hot and cold shower; Funcional safe large enough for (probably 15”) computer; Funcional clothes washer and drier (apparently, because I did not use). Multiple electrical outlets for cellphones and computers.

No daily towel service, unless requested. Quickly provided on request.

Breakfast barely met expectations and only because I was in no hurry. The bar at 7:45 was poorly stocked: no waffle mix, no gravy, no eggs, no coffee. Coffee came quickly but the was brought one by one for the next 30 minutes. I gave up on waffles. The breakfast attendant was really stressed. I wonder if he had other duties assigned that made the breakfast tending a second tier responsibility. Needed a sink plug and washcloths

Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffle maker, bagels, toast, muffins, cereal, yogurt, fruit. I ate breakfast 4 days here and was able to change it up every day which was great. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and indoors and I always had the entire pool room to myself. Room was huge, bed was comfortable. Great value.

Breakfast had a decent selection but was hardly even warm and was not kept up with replenishment. This was at 6:45 AM. We paid twice as much as the normal price because we were unaware it was a “sports” weekend. I can see raising the price but doubling it is ridiculous!

Kindness of the staff, cleanliness of room. Good breakfast.

The room we were in had a very low, old toilet that leaked down and refilled several times during the night. It was too low, and the noise of the refilling kept us awake.
