The breakfast was really good, better than most hotels. I really like how there was coffee and water available at all hours in the lobby. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

I don’t have much to say but i will say when my room key didn’t work I had to go down to the lobby to grab another key and the women that was working at the time didn’t ask for my ID just gave me a new key, kinda dangerous. Other than that i really have no complaints about this hotel.

Clean and comfortable. It was the best value in Laramie. I looked through several hotels in Cheyenne and Laramie, and Quality inn was the best one for the amenities to cost. The hot tub was fantastic and my son loved the pool. Great stay

The only thing I didn't like was the table in the swimming area felt greasy when I'd put my arms on it. That was about the only issue to speak of, they do a great job as far as I can tell with cleanliness.

Very nice! Pictures matched the location, the gym had plenty of equipment and free weights. The breakfast had plenty of different options that worked for both the kids and adults and the rooms were nice.

Their doors were having a bunch of issues. We weren’t able to use the pool cause even their master key couldn’t get the door open. The staff felt really bad about it and tried everything they could but nothing was working. Also had our key cards stop working and they had to reprogram them twice. I would also say a better wipe down of faucets and the coffee maker as they were all pretty dirty but that’s just nick picky.

We were road weary and your man Austin was a godsend! I needed to do laundry and the machine was out of order but he helped me. My husband is disabled and when I mentioned this he put us in the nearest room. I needed change for the dryer he was on it! Where to mail postcards? ✅

I didn’t like that the beds were so damn comfortable that I couldn’t get out of bed!!

Beds very comfortable and so were the pillows. Room was clean and up to date. Coffee offered in main room as well as breakfast served in the mornings. Very convenient location on Grand Ave., close to Wal Mart & UW as well as food establishments. Would definitely stay here again. Parking was abundant and easy too.

No problems with wi-fi. Good lighting throughout room, for working at the desk and for reading in bed. Lots of desk and table space. Temperature comfortable on a hot July day.

Shower temperature tended to fluctuate, presumably as people in nearby rooms used water. Shower head a little low for this six-footer.

The staff was friendly and courteous and the facilities were clean and tidy the breakfast was also a very nice spread and good will def stay again.

My room was right in front of the elevator so there was quite a bit of traffic however not disturbing

Room was clean. Fridge and heater were very quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Shower had good water pressure and curved shower rod. Nice looking pool and jacuzzi. Water and pool area were clean and well kept.

Sink didn't drain well. Hallway carpets could use vacuuming/shampooing.

Room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the fitness room. Special mention for the tasteful Halloween decorations in the lobby. Gave me a homey feeling as soon as I walked in the door. Just a little unexpected touch that I enjoyed.

Only thing is the bathroom door opens a little too close to the toilet. Kind of tricky to maneuver. Small issue in the grand scheme. I’m love to come back.

Great breakfast; Quiet A/C; Great hot and cold shower; Funcional safe large enough for (probably 15”) computer; Funcional clothes washer and drier (apparently, because I did not use). Multiple electrical outlets for cellphones and computers.

No daily towel service, unless requested. Quickly provided on request.
