The staff was amazing. They were very accommodating and made sure we had a place to stay for the night.

However, bookings.com was terrible. I made reservations online and bookings.com never gave the hotel my information. Therefore, they had sold out of all their rooms, and it took us over an hour to figure out how they were going to take care of us. And it was with no help from bookings.com. bookings.com. Also told the hotel later on that and they need to collect money from us and we had already paid online to bookings.com. It was a terrible experience and I will never use bookings.com again.

They gave us the only connecting rooms that included a king suite and a two doubles room that worked for our two teenage grandkids. I’d requested connecting rooms via the motel after making reservation and they said they’d try. It made our two-night stay easy!

We had no maid service during our two-night stay - nothing at all. We didn’t complains though bc Laramie is a university town and hard to find help because many students go home over holidays. Many restaurants were also closed. Also, the floor lamp by the sofa was hard to turn on because it was the only light in a dark space - the button was black on a black leg which was an unusual place. My grandson finally spotted it for us. A small white label would really work! Also, the closet by the king bed is hard to open and store things especially since the nightstand light gets blocked by open closet door. eventually moved suitcase etc to an extra space on floor.

Food was good but not very hot, dining area was clean. Room served my needs well.

Previous visitor had turned room fridge down all the way. I put bottle of milk, yogurt a cup of OJ in it. The next day everything was a solid block. Items were on bottom shelf. Temp dial in fridge was not correct.

This is the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in several years. Staff was so friendly and helpful and upbeat! Would definitely recommend!

Pleasant and friendly staff, comfortable room, TV offered streaming, nice "store" selection of food at front desk for after hours, great breakfast

The shower was very narrow and didn't drain well, the mini tile in the bathroom was very dingy

Very pleased with the variety, especially having eggs, etc. Also liked the extras like the many nuts to choose from. The food was well presented and didn;'t have to wait for anything to be refilled. Clean, all was clean and orderly.

I really can't add any comments here.

The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast was great. The attendant at breakfast was helpful and very friendly making sure we had everything we needed.

have stayed here many times in our travels back to Laramie, it’s where I was raised. the staff there were exceptional in their hospitality. Had a family reunion in one of the board rooms and staff was very helpful.
