Loved the pool and jacuzzi. After a long day of traveling and running errands it was a great way to unwind. The breakfast was nice too. Good coffee. A great way to start the day. Also liked the washer and dryer. It was right across from the pool so we could do our laundry and swim at the same time.

Had a little bit of trouble with the key working on the door to the pool. Also the room got a little too hot at night. It was like the air conditioner turned off and we couldn't get it to cool down the room. It was like it was on a timer. It went off in the middle of the night and then came back on later in the morning.

Savanah was very accommodating about which floor I would like to be on. I was recognized as a Hilton Honors member. The snack area was perfect for me. The room was very large, and inviting. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

The cold and icy weather took a toll on carpet cleanliness. This isn't a hotel problem but a weather related issue. The area for handicap parking was cleared well and salted. I felt safe on the walking areas, had a generous amount of salt. All these safety measures added to floor and carpet conditions.

Literally everything about this motel was a positive experience. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and quiet. We had our dog with us and had zero issues getting a pet-friendly room. Breakfast was a perfect start to the day, lots of variety with good protein choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful, literally nothing I'd change or improve on.

Good location, quiet but close to restaurants. Raccoons in dumpster were highly entertaining, a whole family of them! Nice outside doors are card required and not locked at 10pm. Makes taking dog out easier. Rooms very clean. Reasonable pet rates, 25$ extra.

The beds could be softer, and a little freezer in frig to refreeze freezer packs would be helpful for those with coolers. The computer to scan room cards kept going down, so waiting for that was frustrating.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Very clean.

Very carb heavy breakfast selections. As a Type 2 diabetic, I prefer more protein and fat, and as little carbs as possible. Unfortunately, the selections were not helpful.

Everything. The dog dooty area is away from the doors and walkway. Breakfast was standard scrambled eggs, today was thinly sliced maple sausage..enough for the whole hotel. Staff are welcoming and helpful.

Loved the location, and the staff was very friendly! The room was clean and the hotel was very quiet! Breakfast was well laid out and was very good! Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Laramie!

All prior to stay at hotel requests were met. Traveled with dog. No complaints. Wonderful hot breakfast that changed a little each day.

No negatives. I wish there was a multi-day stay discount. Even 10% off for 3 or more days would be awesome.

There was a mistake with the booking which reflected two rooms when I only wanted one. They caught the mistake and found my number on Hilton Honors (Booking .com had not provided it for some reason). THEY CALLED ME TO CORRECT IT!!! I couldn't be happier with the excellent service!

No complaints or suggestions. This hotel was our best stay the whole trip.
