The front desk staff were very nice. Room was very quiet. Breakfast was very good. Lobby seating provided good visiting areas, but the four upholstered chairs are made to fit people with extremely long legs; they didn’t work for us. During this time of year the price was good. Recommendations: increase lighting above vanity sink, provide an easy chair or recliner in room, replace four upholstered chairs in lobby.

The staff at the desk was very helpful and very nice. We were able to check in early. If we needed anything they were accommodating.

The lady at the front desk that checked us in was having to do the laundry and her front desk work. They were obviously understaffed. She was a very hard worker and could multi-task.for sure. I unfortunately didn't get her name but she needs a raise!

Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Indoor pool was so cold! 65 degrees! The kids would barely get in it. Thankfully the hot tub was big enough that multiple people were comfortable in it along with the kids splashing around. Right next to Walmart

The indoor pool needs to be about 20 degrees warmer in order to enjoy it when it’s 10 degrees outside! Beds were clean but pretty firm, I didn’t sleep well on it. The room next to us was empty but an alarm went off at 6am and continued going off until I went to the front desk and let them know.

The staff were extremely helpful. There was an issue with condition of our initial room which was corrected immediately. We were moved to another room. During this move I , not the staff, lost my pillow and my phone which I did not discover until next morning. Staff immediately found my pillow, then helped in search of my phone which had all my credits cards and drivers license attached. I was frantic. They found it behind the bed where it slipped between wall and bed. They deserve a bonus. I will forever be grateful to the staff including housekeeping, front desk, and manager. Give them a raise!

The price was too much

Once arriving we noticed the lamp didn’t work. They were super nice and tried to fix it. They put an order in for it to be fixed. Next morning the lady was super nice and told us if we didn’t end up leaving town we were welcome to come back and get another place since we were already on file. Very welcoming staff

Loved the rustic interior design. Rooms were a nice size (king bed). Complimentary breakfast was nice and had a great variety! Good food. Free coffee machine had great coffee! Staff were helpful and nice. Location was just minutes from Walmart, restaurants, and campus by car. It was nice to be away from the bustle of campus.

Hot tub had excess foam. Not sure if it needed to be maintained. Otherwise, it worked well. Pool felt unheated. Bath / shower showed signs of wear, but everything worked.

Pricing ; rates have significantly increased over the past year. We travel out west once every year since 2018 for family vacation but the prices of hotels could be the deciding factor for us We quit going to Smokey Mountains because of prices of hotels and they are closer to our home. Families can’t afford to pay this excessive price with the gas prices also.

Super friendly staff, nice room, airco in working order, bathroom clean and functioning; all very well. The pool is not super big (as to be expected), water was rather cold, which was fine for me, but maybe not for everyone.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, both in quality of the food, and the choice of food.

Was very clean and spacious, the breakfast was pretty good, all of the staff were friendly and super helpful. I didn’t use the pool, but even it looked very well taken care of.

parking gets pretty limited at night but otherwise no complaints

We really appreciated the help from the morning manager. She was amazing. We needed to find a room quickly as my husband was suffering from a horrible migraine. The manager was, thoughtful, understanding and caring and was able to assist us in getting a comfortable room quickly. We will definitely stay there again.
