The hotel itself is lovely, located on a busy road out of the old town so offering a change of scenery. It's only about a 10-15 minute walk from the key sites with new cafes and restaurants dotted nearby. The hotel decor is lovely and the entrance is very inviting. My bedroom was comfortable and clean with smart furniture. I enjoyed my breakfast in the adjoining coffee shop each morning. The front of house staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure I had a really good stay.

My room was located directly above the coffee shop which plays music rather loudly until quite late. My first two nights were restful because of the Eid holiday but I slept less well on my third night. However, I still had a lovely stay.

The rooms are very confortable and nicely decorated. It was an excellent value for money. It's not located in the center but it's still within walkable distance.

The people at the reception are still struggling to know whether or not the price on booking includes the taxes. I was asked several times about that. So you better be sure about this issue yourself or you may end up paying more. Also the swimming pool was quite cold as it is inside and not heated.

It was wery good hotel when I travel around the World Thanks to all personals of Dendi Plaza for the best service breakfast so delicious and all of natural thank you!

- There's no elevator - Announced sauna and pool were unavailable - There were a number of positions in the menu which were available only for the hotel's owners, not for guests.

newer hotel ( only 3 yrs old), nicely built , very clean , great location walking distance to old city and very helpful staff ( from the manager down to other workers)

Room to improve: 1. add bidets to Bath rooms ( very important to the Muslim traveler ) 2. provide Iron ( to iron clothes) in the room

Very nice hotel with good rooms and excellent breakfast and coffee, very silent, expecially if your windows look into inner backyard. It is not far from the historic centre, 10-15 min walk, shops for basic needs are nearby

Prices for spa are too high, there might be some discounts for hotel clients. Inside yard can be free of smoking, especially in the evening

Absolutely clean and (for me) a perfect breakfast. French toast and everything else I needed. Personal was always willing to help (for a teapot for instance). Would definitely come back again.

Neat and clean rooms, moderate room size. Good location just outside the old city, but comfortable walking distance to tourist attractions. Breakfast was limited but good. Helpful staffs.

Hard mattresses

A very comfortable hotel which offers great value for money. The staff are lovely, especially Malika, Ghalib, Anees and Shohjehon. They really go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. This was my second time staying at the Dendi Plaza and I hope to come back again.

WiFi connection was not brilliant

I cannot find any flaw to this hotel. The room and experience was absolutely perfect, sparkling clean, helpful staff, and all for an amazing good price. Walking distance to the old center is around 11-15 minutes. Thank you so much!
