Friendly staff, hotel is not far from the airport (which is why I booked it). The deluxe family room actually consists of 2 connected rooms and is very spacious. The breakfast buffet was the most extensive breakfast we had on our 3+ weeks trip.

The aircon didn't function well. It blows air, but I can't say the air was very cold. Thankfully it was not too hot and we could open several windows. The double bed is relatively comfortable (albeit with a hard mattress), but the single bed has a very hard and uncomfortable mattress (mattresses were the same in both rooms).

The hotel is located close to the airport but away from the city centres. the rooms are clean and spacious. the hotel has its own restaurant. The breakfast had a lot of variety but not much for vegetarians.

If you looking to see Tashkent, then this hotel is quite far from the tourist locations.

Breakfast was pretty good with the variety of different foods. Surprisingly there were foods which are more suitable for lunch or dinner as well during breakfast. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city center but as the taxi fee is cheap it is a nice hotel for that price.

Room sound isolation could be better. As I stayed in the room which had a door to the next room (most probably it was designed for families which book 2 rooms) and there was a family with a kid in the next room which made lots of noises. Also, during my stay, there were lots of kids at the hotel and mainly they were playing in the corridor of the floor and again noise. Thanks to the staff they changed my room to another one which is more quite.

The sauna and swimming pool are perfect. Good choice of breakfast, changes every day. Bed are good.

There aren't much shops / restaurants around.

I stayed at this hotel during the first few days of my stay in uzbkstan. The rooms are very big and clean and provide kettle , coffe , fridge , toiletries all the necessary. a safe was provided on request . the cabinets are very big , had an iron and ironing stand available. the heating worked well and there was hot water. House keeping was very quick . each time i needed to get my laundry done the did it as quickly as possible and provided me the clothes back on time. reception staff was helpful in helping me communicate with my friend as she knows little english. the hotel is far from the city but its in a nice quite location. there is a market near by, a cooffee shop downstairs and a saloon and restaurant as well. The breakfast was really well thought through since everyday there were different items in the menu and i never got bored of the breakfast. a beautiful decorated centre table at the restaurant with confectionaries, dry fruits , fruits ,pastryies, cakes , salads and sweets was my favourite thing to see in the morning.

a bit far away from city but there is a market near by but less restaurants. you can hear the sound of the tap runing from the other room but it was not too loud for me but it something i could hear so i will point this out.

Location is good.Room size is good. Mostly I wanna mention the Reception staff (I forgot his name) He works day time.Jenbek I think. I am not sure. He was professional he tried his best as a professional way to assist the guest. Actually stay was for 3nights but I stayed more Bcz of him. Thanks a lot for him and Good Luck. The rest staff was ok also.

Everything was great

All was nice. But one situation was confused me. I booked for three days. ( 21.03.24 -23.03.24) But we waste a lot time on border. We check in the room at 22.03.24 ( night at 2 a.m) Really we stayed in room for 2 days. But staff takes money for 3 days. I disappointed.

The Breakfast spread was awesome, the rooms are big, neat and staff are very friendly

far from city attractions and would be a difficult location for vegetarians to find some suitable food

This was my 2nd time staying here. It is very clean, very calm, I love the decor, the beds this year were more comfortable than last year. The breakfast is amazing! All staff were friendly and helpful. check-in/out was simple and easy.

Friendly staff, great facilities, close to the airport

The driver from the hotel left me near domestic terminal despite I mentioned terminal 2. I ended up staying outside of the airport at 4.30 am without mobile service and local cash:( Fortunately for me, there was a driver that agreed to drive me the international terminal for free and I was on time for my flight.
