I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely professional and accommodating, making the experience truly pleasant. It’s great value for money, offering all the necessary facilities without any issues—everything was in perfect working order. A special mention to Dil Foza from the housekeeping team, who was exceptionally polite and professional, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment. At the reception, Abbas and Xayirboy were incredibly helpful, fluent in English, and went out of their way to assist with any requests. Their welcoming attitude made the check-in and overall experience seamless. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Room size is spacious enough. Breakfast spread is good. Location about 15~25 mins to city centre/airport/train station, but its good enough because Yandex is easily accessible. There was also bus stop in front of the hotel. Receptionist speak English and payment can be made by card (mine was visa)

Shower pressure was a bit low, but still acceptable. We had an early train to catch so we asked the restaurant if we can take some food to go because a day before we saw a couple was given a takeaway box. But unfortunately, they didn't allow us. So we ate a bit of breakfast in rush before checkout.

Very clean, well kept and tidy rooms. Was decorated with a tree and lights with a screen playing soothing Christmas videos and music just perfect for the season we went. The staff at the reception were very supportive and spoke English so it was a relief. They helped arrange a small birthday surprise for my wife on short notice and also helped with giving us a late check with a very minimal charge since our flight was late night and we were with small children.

Breakfast could have been a little more elaborate and different. Stayed there for 4 days and the breakfast was almost the same dishes daily.

He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. Rooms are clean. It’s located on the main road and Taxi are easily accessible. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, making it easy to use public transport which is much cheaper. There is an EVOS next door and mini markets very close by. I had two bookings here when I arrived in Tashkent as well as before leaving the country after visiting other cities. The hotel allowed me to keep my luggage in their locker while I went to other cities in Uzbekistan so that I had to carry only few. Breakfast is good with a good selection of items.

The price was very much value for Money and it was good location for one night as I had a flight the following day - Very Good bed items: a firm matrass and clean and hygienic bed items. Near the Hotel there are a great national food place JizBiz.

Nothing to mention: But the price of booking come was not accurate as they announced 36 USD, however it will end up 44 USD as the Uzbeks are good in tricky trade / VAT payment on the top. Booking. com please load the photos and dont be silly in good and bad you have to publish the photos.

Convenient location near the airport, train station, and good restaurants. Digital key system made room access and service requests easy. Staff was kind, helpful, and spoke both English and Russian. Rooms were quiet, well-sealed, and exactly as described on Booking.com. Breakfast offered a variety of tasty options.

The room was too warm, and the thermostat didn’t seem to control the temperature. Opening the window helped but caused the room to become too humid.

It was a great find. It is a really good, modern hotel, clean and well run. The spa and gym seem to still be developing, but you can get all you need from what's there. Friendly and helpful staff with a keen interest in improving their service.

It's a long way out of town and Yandex is the only really viable way in. The costs add up if you want to go into the city more than once a day. Very close to the airport though.
