I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff worked hard to maintain it throughout our visit. If anything wasn’t quite right, they were quick to assist, offering solutions, replacements, or anything we needed without hesitation. One standout feature was the soft European-style mattress – a rare and much-appreciated find in Asia, ensuring a great night's sleep. The Wi-Fi was stable, which made it easy to stay connected, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful, with no loud disruptions, even early in the morning. A special mention goes to the kind and attentive receptionist. She went above and beyond to assist us, even helping to book bus tickets with ease. Plus, the location is fantastic, with several great restaurants just a short walk away. This hotel is a gem for anyone looking for comfort, quiet, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

The staff helped me tremendously. Both the guys and girl went their ways to accommodate me, especially the girl, so make sure to tip her well. I got full instructions on how to get to museum, temple, on-boat dinner-rides, she even called me at 5 in the morning to have me on a taxi towards the floating market. Her english was lacking but she was resourceful and made my day and the trip worthwhile. And did I mentioned she helped me get on a sleeping bus to Ben Tre by getting in touch with the driver. This bus had no stop in Can Tho, can you imagine the effort she put in so I could get back to Ben Tre safely. I wish you well girl, this world need more muses like you.

First time to the hotel, I walked through this long ass alley I accessed through a local market when I could have got in easily by entering the right street.

Quiet location in a side street, so no traffic. Staff didn't speak much English but we managed with Google Translate. My room didn't have a window but I was fine with that. All in all a good stay

TV didn't work. Drain in the bathroom had a strong odour. Cleaning could have been a little better (lots of black hairs)

The staffs were very friendly and nice, very supportive, location was good because it is in the heart of the city. Check-in/out process was good and very respectful

The AC takes a bit of time before it can actually do something, also the hot water, you have to keep it running for a while but it works.

Valuable room and staff is wonderful. I only stayed for a night but the front desk receptionist is great. it is a walkable distance to the night markets and many good food. I honestly wish I could’ve stayed for one more night ! For people who cannot do stairs, there are no elevator.

The bed is very comfortable. If you have a lot of work or just visit different places as a tourist you will appreciate a comfortable sleep.

Some minor things, like bathroom door closing with a bit of resistance. But overall not much to complain about. Especially for that price. If money does not matter you go to other places. If money and comfort matter you will come here.

The room felt like a small apartment and was very comfortable. The option to iron clothes and having a hairdryer was unexpected and very nice. The location is very nice and close to a lot of small shops

Beautiful property - it’s huge and spacious. Perfect for families. Location is great and super easy to find. Staff were great, super helpful with check in and check out. 10/10 recommend.
