Value for money. Hotel within walking distance of the city centre shops and Dalat market.

Only 2 plug point available for use, for hotel utilities like fridge, fan, hair dryer, kettle and customers personal items. The bathroom fixtures are not properly secured, especially the basin tap and shampoo bottle

Bedrooms are pretty nice, clean and convenient for short staying. Very nice location !!

One room has no window so it was a little bit humid in the bedroom.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. I missed my transportation to Nha Trang, and she helped me to call the operator and got me onto the next transport. The location is great as well, close to Dalat Center.

Room is really small. No desk and toilet is super small. Can barely sit on the toilet bowl because of the lack of space. Reminds me of the size of hotels in Japan.

The staffs are helpful and quick to help us change the wrong room. They are patient and nice. The price was reasonable in the peak of spring season

They mistook our room on the first day arrival but quickly adjust the room so it was acceptable but the light of the room was not good and some of them was off.

Good locations. Only few minutes walk from Dalat night market.

Staffs cannot speak English so I have to use google translate to help.

The location was good, about a 10 min walk in any direction to good food places and also the walking street. The bed was comfy and the shower was pleasant.

Our room smelt quite strongly of cigarettes when we first arrived and annoyingly stayed that way whenever we re entered the room! We decided to extend our stay by one night but we were transferred to a different room instead of being able to stay in our same one despite the new room being the exact same as the previous one! Sadly the staff were also a bit miserable, it felt like we were being a burden whenever we needed help with anything!
