1. Location was excellect about 10 mins walk to the night market. 2. Good value for the price you pay. 3. Rooms was big but no windows for certain rooms. 4. There was many restaurants & cafes within walking distance. 5. Breakfast was sufficient for us to start the day.

1. Room service was not excellent. The toilet rolls was not replenish & we had to get from housekeeping 2. Walls are thin. We could hear noises of people talking loudly & children screaming throughout late at night until early morning hours.

The Hotel had a great look and ambiance to it Great position close to markets and the lake all within walking distance couple of nice eateries close by also

No air conditioning even in a cooler climate would of been nice to cool the room to start with was comfortable enough at night with the fan First day’s breakfast was nothing special Second day was great as they had more guest and more food options

We enjoyed our stay, the staff are lovely but can’t speak much English so use the translation app when needed. Can walk to the lake and it’s close to many restaurants, the hotels restaurant was only open for breakfast, which was nice.

The bed was a little hard for my liking. The shower is in the bath but about the middle of a side not at an end, situated about chest height, very hard to wash your hair.

We showed the friendly staff all the places we wanted to go and they were very helpful. They advised us on the route and even on alternative options for food which were cheap and good. Nearby massage parlours were expensive. Asked the counter lady to recommend one that the locals go to. Signed up at the hotel for the one-day tour to Puppy Farm, Mongo Land, etc. These are new attractions in Dalat which I did not come across on Youtube and Google. These places though small, can add lots of pretty photos in your album.

The shower head in my bathroom was not working well. I was surprised that toothbrush was not provided. We knew there was no air-conditioner in Dalat, so needed to rely on the fan in the room to have better ventilation. It would be noisy if windows were opened cos some pedestrians talked loudly in the quiet streets.

Very clean! Staff was friendly, location was good, close to the center but quiet and uncrowded. Breakfast was acceptable, with a few western food choices as well.

There were no paper towels in the room. It was unclear that the provided water was free (2 bottles on the counter, and another two identical bottles in the fridge, the bottles in the fridge were not free). Overall it was a pleasant, relaxing stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Night Market, offering easy access to the area. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was impeccably clean.

One aspect I found inconvenient was the bathtub shower in my room. Its height made it challenging to climb into, which might not be suitable for older guests.

Very clean and staff always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our week's stay and would come back here.

A proper shower would be nice, we just had a shower head on a hose which was slightly too short for tall people like us.

Breakfast was good but they need to put more food because not enough to eat at there.

Just about the food . I won’t eat full enough at there . They just put menu only 3 choices and they don’t have enough food to service for my family.

Good location. Room was Ok, clean with OK bathroom but a bit noisy with window open (as no air con) to ventilate the room. Breakfast was passable but not great.

Overall hotel is a bit souless and lacking in any atmosphere.

Rooms were great. Very comfy. Breakfast was lovely.

There was a room safe listed on the sheet of rules I signed but there wasn’t actually a safe available in the room.
