The breakfast buffet was superb, a great and varying selection every morning. Location was excellent, right in the heart of the night market, we were worried about the noise but had no issues falling asleep. We were on level 3 facing the hotel driveway and market, the noise was of no concern. We left an iPad behind and house keeping turned it in, concierge got in contact with us immediately. Did not expect this and greatly appreciate the honesty. Thank you for making our vacation a pleasant one. Highly recommend TTC Dalat to everyone.

The hotel and rooms are very dated and didn’t have a 4 star appeal, it could do with a renovation/make up.

We like the location where we can walk for a few minutes to reach the Dalat Market every day. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel for lunch or dinner or we can buy ready made food from the market. Tons of fruits and vegetables if you prefer to cook your meals. Only a few minutes from Ho Xuan Huong lake, very pleasant walk. Staff members are super friendly and helpful, we love viewing the Night maket from our glass enclosed balcony. Our room ( twin bed) is large enough for visits from local family members.

Some hot food items from breakfast buffet were only lukewarm when we got there at 7:30am. Kids were sometimes running wild in the dining room. The hotel needs to post a policy regarding this so staff didn't have to stick their necks out to tell the parents to control their kids' behavior. Night market noises/music ran until around midnight, the two sources of public entertainment from Hoa Binh plaza and main Market level created a chaotic atmosphere. If you have trouble falling asleep, this is not the place for you.

Good location and helpful reception staff

The facilities are getting old (but clean) Breakfast services are not professional. Dining tables are not cleaned and set up properly (with cutleries) after the previous guests have left. You have to clean table yourself a bit and ask/wait for staff to bring new cutleries.

Location close to everything

Despite informing the hotel days before our arrival, I wasn't expecting to be given a room lower than the 5th floor. I booked an expensive room, hoping to get a high-floor room.

bathroom was not clean. Rubber on shower door was broken therefore water leaked everywhere on the bathroom floor when shower!
