Really nice rooms. The pool was great as well!

A kettle was provided, but no mugs or spoons. A stove was provided, but no plates or anything to have food on.

We liked our big, spacious room. The furniture etc was really nice, we had a smart tv and the shower was really good! Underground parking for bikes which was handy because we had rented a scooter.

The floor was dirty when we first arrived with sand and dirt etc and the room was not even cleaned once in the 3 nights we were there. We never got any clean towels or toilet roll refreshed in our room for the 3 nights we were there either. The beds were just two wooden beds that were pushed together which meant there was an overhang of the wooden base of the bed which was a bit of a hindrance and myself and my partner walked into it several times and cut/bruised our legs.

The hotel is beautiful and the decor is stylish and modern but felt like home, rather than a hotel room. The room itself was spacious and the bed was huge! I came with my sister and we ended up booking the suite as it was such good value and we were not disappointed. The bathroom had complimentary toiletries and the shower gel smelt amazing! The location is also ideal as it's only a 10 minute grab to the city centre and downtown. The rooftop is also really cool to watch the sunset and the pool was clean and a nice place to watch the sunset. One of the highlights though is the staff, particularly the lovely Duong at reception. She greeted us with a warm energy and was so sweet and welcoming whenever we saw her. She was so helpful with recommendations and helped us booked a car to Sun world in Bana Hills. Notably, she has amazing customer service and is a credit to the hotel, always ready to help and service with a smile! We wish you all the best for your future, thank you so much, Duong!

New hotel with reasonable price

The room was definitely spacious if I compare it with our other hotels we had (with the same room type). And the interior was definitely best especially the wardrobe. Very well lit room (we can do our make up well because the mirror was good). The facilities has enough outlets, table, mini kitchen sink, more than enough cabinets and storage, bathrobes, towels, etc. All the staffs was very accommodating and so commendable especially Phuc Do, when our telephone was not working, he find ways to give proper service to us through Viber 😊. He also gave us extra pillows. The Netflix and Youtube is also what I love in the hotel.

Its only the location but since our tours are “hotel picked up & drop off”, it wasn’t really an issue. Only there seems to be no near food restaurants so we settle on Grab food orders (which was fine & somehow convenient since we are tired from tours), but there are some mini convenience stores around and lots of coffee shops. Also, the cleaning and housekeeping needs a little improvement.

Big beautiful rooms! The hotel itself has lovely decor and design. We didn’t use the pool too much but it had a great view and was clean. The staff were kind and friendly. The location was good- 15 minute walk to many Resturants and mini mart. The room was comfortable and modern, large tv to use and small area for eating/ kitchen! Would highly recommend for those staying in Da Nang.

It looks grand for the price. The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. We are both cold and didn't brought thick-enough jackets with us. Manh Tran went out of his way to borrow two down jackets for us. Really appreciate his kind gesture. He is very hospitable and recommend us food around in Danang to go for!

Not enough shampoo, shower gel and tissue roll is provided for sure.

Perfect location for those who like quiet and privacy. Not far from famous attractions like the bridges and the city centre. The room was comfy and cozy for a great price. They also have a pool thay i didn’t have time to try out. Nonetheless, the staff, especially the receptionists are kind and helpful. Thao was awesome.

My room, had the river view, so that was good, comfortable bed, good size room, clean and quite. Good price for a 4 star hotel, location a bit far from the centre of town, i had a motorbike so no problem, keep that in mind. Enjoyed the stay.
