Staying at the hotel left mixed impressions! The new hotel is amazing! Cozy, intimate interior.

There were problems with breakfast. We are stay for 7 days. every day there were some min problems with the staff. Sometimes don’t have ingredients for the dish, or they forgot to bring the dish, or a very long wait... and the breakfast itself is not very varied

This hotel is truly 5 star--the staff, the service, the interior design, the wonderful rehabilitation of a historic landmark building, the food, the original art everywhere, the flowers--all extremely tasteful. Remarkable design! And it is better than the photos! I had an upper level room across from a charming coffee house on a side street (view included with this review), which I highly recommend. Housekeeping was extremely thorough and discreet, and everyone was very kind and welcoming. I stayed for 4 weeks but would love to have stayed longer, and certainly hope to be back. This was a city stay away from the madding crowd of the beach with a lovely library, several charming co-working spaces, delightful lounges, and free laundry!

The staff were excellent. The room overlooked the coffee shop next door on the first floor and was quiet as requested. The hotel had plenty of history you could read about. We loved the ambience and the day core and it was not far from some of the tourist activities and Grab was well priced if necessary.

For a newly opened/renovated hotel the mattresses were not of the best quality and you could feel the springs in the mattresses. It would have been great if they had a pool as the days were hot and sticky and I know it is coming into there rainy season. If there is no room for a pool they could share with another hotel that does. The breakfast was the same for the 4 nights we were there.

It is stunning very peaceful inside the hotel staff were amazing and could not do enough to help our stay be fantastic and having the use of washer and dryer was great especially when we are moving around the country and it is humid you don’t want pack sweaty damp clothing.

We did book this in part for the sound proofed rooms as I am a light sleeper and they are quite from noise from the hotel but not from the street we were moved rooms and the staff did everything possible but the window are single glazed and on sliders is on small wheel which means no complete seal our second room was quieter

Everything, the decor is stunning, the free laundry service, and the pleasant aroma of the room upon entering made for a very pleasant experience. Furthermore, the staff were very attentive to my needs as a solo traveler who was feeling unwell during my stay, always asking how I was and offering assistance. Even after checking out, they continued to ensure I arrived safely at my destination. Excellent service and an unforgettable stay 😄. I really appreciate that. PS: This hotel is located in a quiet area and local neighborhood compared to their other chain the M Village Hotel Danang Centre, which is located in a busy tourist area. After staying at both hotels, I prefer the quieter, more relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Danang 🙂

The whole flavor was just what I wanted. A two story building where you walk up one flight of stairs . No elevators. A lovely feeling of being in a beautiful old building. Window was very large and opened and had a screen with no holes. View of the street not the side of a building. Then they had a shared modern working space with lots of plug ins so we could plan our next month comfortably and without feeling like you were holding a restaurant space for too long. And the best of all, free washer and dryer and laundry detergent. I got to do my own laundry in small loads. Breakfast served in 3 courses with lots of choice, both Western and Vietnamese. The staff super friendly and helpful. Google translate helps for more complicated questions.

Newly renovated stylish, relatively small hotel. Tasteful decor. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Communal area with washer/dryer. Clear and good communication via whatsapp.

The breakfast was good quality, maybe it will not be for everyone as you get the choice between a few dishes which are served at the table. Great if you stay 1 or 2 nights, maybe a bit repetitive when you stay for a longer period. Soundproofing of the rooms was not great: slamming of the doors, noise/music from the streets was very annoying. Washer/dryer: guests should respect the timeframe to use the machines (so not at night)

Excellent stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. The location was perfect, with easy access to minimarts, cafés, restaurants, and attractions. The cozy, nature-inspired co-working space was ideal for getting work done, with strong WiFi. Free laundry service was a great bonus. Highly recommended!

The room felt quite small, and the window view was unimpressive. The bed sheet was a bit too hard for my comfort. Overall, I think the hotel is slightly overestimated for its normal price without promotions.

Amazing design that combines Vietnamese and modern styles. So pretty and fancy. The staff is super helpful and friendly and always there to asssist whatever you need. Nice location. Quiet with local vibes around unlike the beach center. I was staying on the first floor with the street terrace and it was still not loud. Also you can walk to some more crowded touristy spots within 25-30 minutes. I really enjoyed my stay so much. Ah, also plenty of space to read or work outside your room.

Friendly staffs were always willing to help me, recommend good local hole in the wall places, and strike up a conversation with customers. Breakfast was exceptional with three course meals (salad, main, dessert) it is a 2floor hotel so comparatively small but it is very cozy and pretty and quite without crowds

I might accidentally turn off hot water but didn’t know how to turn it on 😅 so I had to have a cold shower but the weather was hot so okay anyway
