It's a nice hotel in a good location. There's also a really great cafe called indigo that's 2-3 minutes walk away from the hotel.

Novotel is a "tourist" hotel, meaning those huge tourist groups you see in tour buses stay here. It makes breakfast a chaotic experience, because there's just SO many people. It's not such a big deal, but sometimes, you just want the peace and quiet hahahaha! I also don't really like how their tour offers are not so comprehensive. It's not bad, but I can't help and compare it to the previous hotel we stayed at in Hanoi. Here, they only offer car services without city/tour guides. That's fine, but sometimes, it's just more convenient if you have a guide as part of the car package.

NovotelDa Nang was exceptional. The hotel is still very new, the bed was very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was out of this world! Thank you so much Annie who really looked after us with our last minute booking. We were so impressed, we wanted to stay on although it was booked out and so we changed our accommodation in Ho Chi Minh to Novotel because of the experience we had in Da Nang.

Breakfast was buffet and always well presented with local choices as well as most international standards. View over the river was nice.

Getting to the dining area was not easy. Either go to the ground floor and then up another elevator to the dining area on level 4. Or take the evelvator to level 5 and walk down a spiral staircase to level 4. This staircase is a major hazard for visually impaired (like me with monocular vision) because of its material construction and lack of edge markings. However, this is a minor complaint and one that is not relevant to normal sited persons and a common problem if you visit Vietnam. Not a complaint. Just a fact.

The staff were amazing! Particularly the people working the reception in the executive lounge! It was my husband’s birthday and they delivered us a cake and when we told them we were vegan they made us something special at cocktail hour to eat! The executive lounge was so great- amazing food and drinks all included with beautiful views

To me Danang has Two Main Areas. The beachfront and The River View. Novotel Location is ideal For the Danang River view experience. The customer Service by all the Staff was Exceptional. The Room was Spacious and the Balcony offered a view of the city the river and the ocean. A true panoramic View We enjoyed during our Stay. The bed was Very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very clean and Spacious. The breakfast buffet was very good. Large selection for all tastes. The gym was very good. The Pool was large clean and beautiful with a great view. During our Stay we went to Ba Na Hills. If one of your main Activities in Da nang is to go to Ba Na hills than i highly recommend you Stay at novotel as they are able to offer purchase your tickets for the Sun world Park and also offer special Deals that you cannot get anywhere else. my Booking included the lounge access and Giang from the executive lounge Staff went above and beyond my expectations when it came to our complete experience at Novotel. Giang helped book our entire day At Sunworld and made sure that we were able to enjoy the perfect Trip to Sunworld.

The executive loung and staff are very professional and accomodating. The view from this lounge is fantastic. The rooms are very clean and the bed is super comfy.

The lobby gets very busy with tourists and coach parties leaving little room for seating and its pretty noisy at early morning. No good for working in the lobby that is for sure.

Modern hotel With the most fabulous views Breakfast was most enjoyable in a lovely setting. The gourmet bar in the lobby served the best food. It was delicious and the presentation was of a high standard. The price was so reasonable for an upscale hotel. Tuyen who served us was so courteous and friendly.

There was not much respite from the heat in the pool area. Not a criticism, just an observation. Would be good to be able to get a drink and snack in the pool area Changing room was tiny with one toilet

The view from my balcony at Novotel Danang was truly spectacular! Overlooking the Han River and the iconic Dragon Bridge, it offered a stunning and unforgettable sight. It was the perfect setting to enjoy a relaxing night drink and a peaceful coffee in the morning while taking in the breathtaking scenery.

We needed accommodation near the airport for a one night stay and very early flight departure. Room had an amazing view of the river and city. Very central location and great facilities available for guests. Staff arranged 4.30am transport to airport and a breakfast box upon departure. Everything was organised and punctual. Close proximity to airport.

The VIP experience was exceptional. Dragon bridge and Han river

Probably the wrong side of the river. No beach access. I’m assuming this used to be the heart of Danang but the tide has shifted to the beach
