The room was comfortable and the hotel location was conveniently close to the facilities and activities on the river. Relatively easy walking to a lot of amenities and well served by taxis. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

The shower although enclosed drained into a wet room which made the rest of the space difficult to use when the floor was wet and slippery at time giving a feeling of insecurity. There was a strong drain smell at times made worse by the shower room extractor fan not working. There was quite a lot of road noise and also machinery noise within the hotel at some times in the day

A big thank you to the receptionists, Chau and Vy, who go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and without hassle. A big thank you to the housekeepers Xuan and Lynh, who clean the room daily and make it neat and tidy . A big thank you to the cleaner Thao who gets the fish tank clean and shiny.

Receptionist: Chau, Vy are lovely and welcoming with a friendly smile and great attitude. Both speak good English. Housekeeper: Yen, Xuan are great, they clean the room every day and make it ckean, tidy and neat. The man: Thao who looks after the lobby and makes the fish tank clean and nice all the time. Well done the staff! Keep it up!

The staff were excellent, the room was big and clean, the shower was huge. Location was perfect for me. A five minute walk to the river promenade, supermarket next door. Little Banh Mi cart on corner next to bridge... perfect.

The room and beds are clean. Room is wide and spacious suitable for couple and family. The receptionist is friendly and very helpful helping us with the tourists attraction and food places. Will stay here again next time.

The room is much nicer and cosier than the photos show (completely different). Super sized king bed. Separate shower. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended for those who don't mind a very firm mattress feel.

The room was very spacious. Soundproof. Bed is very firm. Air con works well. Wasn’t central but a short walk and you are near the market, restaurants and shopping.

The room was huge, complimentary water, coffee, and tea is always a nice touch. The view from the street was nice. Even though was a busy street during the day, it was quiet in the evening.

Fantastic family room as big as a football field, it was more like a flat than a hotel room. Balcony to street view.

Location off side , need taxi to go anywhere. Closer to riverfront 15 minutes walk. No restaurant. No eateries nearby. No breakfast. Grab food available to order.

All the staff at the reception desk were really friendly and the check in and out process was easy. We gave them laundry at 3/4 pm and we got it back that evening. Room was clean
