From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel was perfect. The location is ideal - close to attractions, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that made me sleep like a dream. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day. The facilities were excellent, from the relaxing pool area to the well-equipped gym. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options, and the service was outstanding. Every small detail made me feel valued as a guest. I truly felt at home during my stay, and I can't wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this city!

We stayed 3 nights in the suite with the Hans river view. It was an amazing view during the day and night. The bed is big and comfortable. The bathtub also has a view from the river and the city. Two ladies at the reception were very nice. I think one of them called Sa. She was kind to help us with booking a motorbike and extended our checkout time(although we didn't need it at the end). The food was good and updated every day.

Great spot and views. I added a day during my stay and it caused a problem as they had booked my room out to another not knowing I was there already, so needed to move me for one day. The lovely young lady, Phoung, (hope I spelt it correct) felt horrible about disrupting our stay so moved us to a VIP room for the night with the best views of the river with full length windows. Loved the light show and restaurant boats cruising passed. The staff in Vietnam are always so friendly.

Me and my husband have an incredible time staying at Glamour Hotel, our room has an amazing view of Han river, it's even better during the night time. Its location makes it easy to commute to the beach or market. I can't thank enough to the receptionist - Phượng, we forgot something very important to us at the hotel, we were about to go through TSA back to Saigon then she called me, she helped me book the grab bike from the hotel to the airport and safely delivery it to me.

This place was great, clean, comfy bed, all staff we dealt with were lovely. Beautiful view of the river. Some others commented about the location which wasn’t an issue for us, and you can easily get a grab (Uber) for a tiny cost.

The only thing was the smell of cigarette smoke on our level which may have been coming through the AC. The rooms are non smoking and didn’t seem as though they had been smoked in but still had this lingering diffuse smell. We only stayed one night, arrived late and left early so didn’t bother raising it with the concierge staff, they may have had a solution which we were unaware of. Despite this, I would recommend a stay here.

The room was absolutely incredible with spectacular view to the river and the skyscrapers on the other side. The bed was too big and comfy and the bathroom running hot water all the 24hours with glasses around to see the view. Also the staff was very kind and helpful especially Phuong she was so cute. The breakfast open just for us a half an hour before cause we were departured very early. Many thanks to everyone

Everything was perferct

Beautiful View of the Dragon Bridge from my 11th floor room. Loved the Pool at the top of the Hotel, Open roof and a View over the River while you swim. Only caveat ist IT closes at 6pm, as i only arrived at that time the reception was Kind enough to extend this a big for me to have a swim before heading Out to Dinner

i liked the view from our room and the room was pretty clean. I also liked the amenities and services provided like the breakfast buffet and the pool.

The location was okay, it was conveniently located near Vincom centre but it was noticeable that the area was still developing.

We arrived before our check in time but they allowed us to store our luggages the staffs are helpful, friendly and kind, the receptionist greeted us warmly. The location is near the han river which is wonderful, rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet is all so good. I highly recommend this hotel if you’ll stay in da nang.

Breakfast good, staff quite polite and nice.

The cleaning room staff didnt change the bed. When we check out their staff cannot find the tea spoon and want to count on us, actually we didnt use it, just put in reasonable place. Only this point waste our time and not feeling happy during check out.
