The location is perfect. Most people choose the beach side but really, the views and the atmosphere by the river is incomparable. I had the grand suite which was a huge and comfortable room on the 10th floor. Comfy bed nice shower and bathtub. There is no balcony really, just a small room with a big window. The staff at reception are absolutely amazing. Always kind, smiling and ready to help you in anyway possible. They deserve a special mention as their part contributes to a nice stay. Summing up, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would choose to stay there again.

We booked a twin room for a couple of weeks and had an amazing time. The staff were very friendly, especially the gentleman who usually wears a mask and works on the ground floor. He was always incredibly kind and helpful, with small gestures like opening the elevator for us and recommending attractions. Thank you! The cleaning ladies also deserve recognition – they were always kind and did a superb job. We had a fantastic time in Vietnam, and this hotel definitely contributed to it. We would definitely recommend it. However, one suggestion for improvement would be to add more hangers in the rooms, particularly for guests staying for longer periods. Having additional places to hang clothes or towels would be great.

The price is affordable with great offer compare to the price. The location is perfect, with the front view to the river. It locates at the main street, taxi can get there easily. A public cycling service spot (TNGo) right there, I spent 10k vnd only to ride to the city center (to other spot). You can walk if you want to, the city center just on the other side of the river, which is around 1km. Free swimming pool on the rooftop, with the view to whole city. And restaurant is on the 1st floor. Would come back when visit Danang next time.

I need to try the card a couple times to get the door unlock to get in room, it not function well (or maybe because I put it at wrong position, I don't know).

It is a good hotel with a wonderful view. The location is also very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and good housekeeping. Breakfast has a lot of options and even vegetarians do have some options. The only minus is that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. Except for the breakfast, there is no catering service.

Room, pool and breakfast all great for the price! Had a bench press and treadmill too! Staff very nice and helpful also, especially the female receptionist.

I imagine some people might complain about the location, but for me it was fine. I've stayed in Da nang before and have realised it's hard to get somewhere closse to the walking street/main beach area. There are much further locations!

The Hotel is on the bank of the Han river, which is quite a good location with awesome views of City lights at night. Although the hotel is in a busy location, it was quiet and peaceful. The staff are friendly and courteous. Miss. Ba at the reception is quite professional with her approach, she took care of every need and arranged a good tour package for ba na hills at the last moment. The breakfast served is also quite good. I would definitely choose this hotel for our next stay.

Breakfast was nice. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Air conditioning was cold. Mini bar was cheap. Staff were great to deal with and everyone was friendly.

Location was a little aways from the action. Think a 10 minute walk minimum to the dragon bridge, maybe even 20. Pool wasn't available while we were there due to maintenance. I guess it has to happen at times.

The front desk service was fast & efficient, and explained that my room requests have been handled. Family & friends were also complimenting that the birthday decor was something unexpected yet it was super attentive & achieving a higher lever of customer service.

I really fell in love with the staff of the hotel who were always ready to help with any questions and requests. The breakfast patio also lovely view. Plenty of variety in the breakfast buffet for both western and Asian tastes. Good location for river boat cruises and only a short walk to take pictures of the Dragon Bridge. You will not need a taxi or bike to get to the beach. It is very near to the hotel. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable - we had a superior double. Cheap street food around the corner was delicious. Pool is small but has a great view over the city as part of a nice roof top terrace. Everything was just great, so I highly recommend this hotel whether you are travelling alone or with family/friends. Good value hotel.
