The Hotel is situated one block back from the Hahn River, surrounded by shops of all descriptions, including restaurants and up market craft beer venues. The staff at the hotel all speak English well and communication was never a problem. I would like to thank Nhu, Huong and Nam for their friendly service and help with motorbike rental, with general information and organising Grab cars for Da Nang airport transfers. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room extremely comfortable. Due to the excellent location of the hotel, I would gladly stay here again.

The only negative comment I have to make is about the shower in room 401. The shower door needs a plastic strip on the bottom section to stop the water from the shower running back into the main bathroom area. Apart from that everything else was fine.

It was a very nice tidy little hotel located in the business section of the city, approximately one block away from the river. It has easy access to all the sites around. The staff is very helpful and will go out of their way to assist with any concerns that you may have. The housekeeping is very efficient, and the hotel has laundry capabilities also. That’s a major relief for somebody on the go. You most definitely will get value for your money at this little hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anybody and I will come back here on my next trip to Da Nang!

Location was great, central to all things Da Nang has to offer. The hotel room was clean, beds are comfortable. The roof top verandah was beautiful and well kept. Air conditioner was nice & cold. The hot water worked great for our showers. The staff were incredible and super helpful. Our bus dropped us off earlier than expected, and they accommodated us greatly and let us check in early — at 9am. There was also an elevator, which is always a plus. I highly recommend this hotel!

They allowed us to check-in early. We're thankful. The room was clean spacious and had all the basic amenities. Location is good. Walkable distance from the riverfront. Restaurants, cafes, Han market, breakfast shops, even a post office were in walking distance. They also helped us with motor bike rental. A water refilling machine is at the reception area. Luggage storage available. We had a comfy stay.

Easily the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam so far. The rooms were new, comfy, and clean. The staff that were there for the 2 days handled all enquiries. Went above and beyond. Nicely located within walking distance to restaurants, pharmacies, marts, clubs and the riverside. Next door to juice/coffee shops. Would stay here again. Also, do not advertise anywhere but there’s an outdoor rooftop that you enjoy on the 6th floor.

The only minor negative is the shower pressure is weak and saw one ant crawling on the table.

location was quite good, con market was walking distance and there were a good amount of food options nearby. room was clean, had a fridge. tho the 4 pax room was a little small but generally, quite clean and quiet at night as well. also had tv, a lot of channels but didnt really use much. staff was very friendly, carried our luggage to and fro from the car and up to our room as well, opening door for us etc. when noticed we were at the lobby waiting, would on the aircon.

the 2 pax room toilet was a quite translucent, not really suited for friends, maybe just couples. room also takes a while to get cold, but not a big problem, had extra fan to help.

This property is walking distance from the Han River, Dragon Bridge and major shopping locations in Da Nang. It was a 10 minutes' drive to My Khe Beach & also the airport by Taxi. Also walking distance to the Da Nang Night Market. Has coffee shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies within 2 mins walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This place is is definitely value for money and if a good place to stay if you are going to be exploring Da Nang, Ba Na Hills, Hoi An, Night Market, etc.

Nothing really for us - It's not a good location to stay if you are going to Da Nang purely for the beach - then it makes sense to look for a hotel near My Khe Beach.

Central location, and still in a local neighbourhood so not surrounded by large resorts and overpriced tourist restaurants. Staff was very kind. Room was as described. Bathroom was 'all-in-one' (floor gets fully wet when you shower) but we've encountered that elsewhere so it seems quite common.

I like the staff Miss Thanh Nhu. She speaks good English and so helpful. We have difficulty with Grab Food order and she did not hesitate to help us. She highly recommended the noodles stall 2 door away and I like it, repeat my breakfast there. When we checked out, Nhu even helped us to get transport with good discounts. My room aircon is great. Daily room cleaning does a good job!

The hotel is a bit old but it is inexpensive and maintain reasonably well.

The room was spacious enough for myself and the bathroom had plenty of space to move around. The staff here were friendly and even had a locker storage option for when I was going out. The bed was comfortable and the addition if the television was nice to keep me company on my solo travel.

The door handle and blind were slightly loose so it was difficult to use without almost breaking it off.
