Truly a quiet location down from a busy road. The breakfasts were wonderful. Each morning a special local breakfast dish was prepared for us. So much thought went into the preparation and presentation. Thank you, VPhuong. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and thoughtful use of the space. It included a washing machine. Great markets. If you don't mind walking - Han and Con markets are within walking distance. And, also two museums and the Da Nang Cathedral.

Mmm...no information available for first-time visitors to Da Nang. The staff was very helpful and approachable. Check the weather before heading out to the Golden Bridge and go early to avoid the crowds.

I loved the interior design and room furnishings, especially the desk setup. This was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever had. It was so refreshing to have the whole complex set in a tranquil garden, a paradise of tropical green in a very urban environment. The staff were amazing and I enjoyed hanging out with them in the cafe area. Having someone like Travis who spoke such good english was a huge plus and really enhanced my stay. When I couldn't find the remote to my TV, they bought and installed a brand new Smart TV that very afternoon.

Nothing to dislike. I thought the wifi would be a problem but it was good enough for me to work as much as I did.

Great BnB located in the midst of local residence street with a good vibe coffee cafe just opposite. The ambience was restful and a feast for the eyes. It will suit family with teens. The breakfast was very local and a good experience for us.

Daily housekeeping will be useful and toiletries should be undiluted or not put up as all. It gives a wrong impression to guests.

Great value for money. Nice spacious clean and tidy room. Landscaping and quiet garden were fantastic. Breakfast was superb, local dishes sourced by the staff - some of the best local food we have had all trip

The laneway can get a little noisy at times if you have a room near it and it is a little out of the way (but we didn't mind that as gave us a chance to explore on foot and nothing a cheap grab ride wouldn't sort)

The quietness is the biggest selling point for me. Hard to believe that there is such a quiet space in the middle of a city like Da Nang. Facilities were good too - washing machine, cooking hardwares, spacious room for 2 persons.

I think the only thing that could have improved if the bar could be opened so I can order drinks and chill at the garden space

The residence was really calm and a nice break from the chaos travelling can bring. The surrounding neighbourhood is calmer than other locations in DaNang, yet still close to everything. The staff are very welcoming and caring! The washing machine was also a real plus!

We stayed at Kaia Hoi Ann, not Danang. What I can say is the Hoi An apartment was beautiful. The interior design was very Japandi, relaxed and looked straight out of a shoot from Arch Digest. Emily and Nancy were super helpful. A perfect stay for a couple in Han Noi! Thank you again 💕🌸

This is the perfect boutique hotel for a getaway weekend or travel trip/business trip. Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple of attractions, and have drinks. It was so convenient. Kaia hotel has a very poetic and fresh garden. You can walk around and admire the garden while enjoying coffee at the hotel cafeteria. The spacious room is fully furnished and designed with light and high aesthetics. This place gives me a feeling of relaxation and peace on this exciting trip. The rooms were clean, and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Da Nang city

Friendly and helpful host. Homemade breakfasts 😍 The lady helped us arrange a tour and rent a scooter. The room has a washing machine which was handy during hot weather.
