Friendly staff

There is no Windows in the room. But Booking.com itroduce that room have ia city wiev from the Windows.

The room ticks all the boxes for me. Good bed & bedding. Good layout. Lots of packing space. Charge plugs right next to the bed. Coffee supplies. Kettle & fridge. Good working aircon. Shower seperated. Black out curtains.

As most of the hotels, layers of dust accumulated under my bed. Dust on top of wardrobes, fans and under the beds seems to be a common problem wherever I go.

Staffs can speak English and are kind. The cost of stay is very affordable. Good value for money!

The room initially assigned is very small even for one person, but the facility allowed me to switch to a larger room after a few days of stay.

I am very impressed with this hotel. From the moment you walk in, you will be served by professional staff. The staff here can communicate very well. The room is clean, quiet, no noise from outside, even though it is in the center of the city. I will definitely come back to use this hotel again.

The bed was very comfy with crisp clean linen. Daily cleaning of the room. Love the layout of the bathroom and the separate shower was a bonus. The aircon and fridge contributed to our comfort.

Nothing not to like

This hotel is very nice. We stayed in a Coco Hotel one night. If you visit Hanoi i high recomend Coco Hanoi Hotel, I would suggest you to book the Sup with full window to save time and money. This hotel is located at the heart of the of Hanoi so you can troll around the landmarks.
