The room was just fine(not small, but also not so big) and clean. We were three people with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. They provided free Vietnamese snacks at the lobby (good to try!). The staff were really helpful whenever we needed some assistance. Check in and check out were done smoothly.

1. The location on the map wasn't accurate, especially on the grab app even though we put the correct hotel name. We were always dropped on the other Le Grand Hotel. So I suggest you to put the address, instead of the hotel name. The road in front of the hotel can fit up to 2 cars. 2. The room we had didn't have any big wardrobes. We just had some tables+chairs to put our stuff/clothes.

Very good hotel: Good location, the room is large, clean, modern air conditioner, good WiFi connection, nice bathroom with practical design, full amenities, nice staff. The hotel is really worth for the money. I will book this hotel again when I travel to Hanoi next time.

I do not like the room door. It has a piece of leather to make the door silent when shutting it down. However, it left a gap, which, I believe, someone from outside can see through to the room. It also made me have uncomfortable feeling. Even the door can't open from outside without a key card. But the issue is obvious.

Staff were very helpful, they also offer to put an additional single bed in one room to make our stay comfortable. Rooms are fantastic with beautiful decoration.

Location was a bit of an issue. Every time we use a taxi they had issues to get us there. Once we were familiar with the location everything was fine.

The hotel needs to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room. Soundproof is not good. You can hear everything even if you are in the room.

I pre booked a room which clearly stated ‘1 night’ on the reservation yet on arrival I was told I had to pay 250,000 extra as the room was only for 3 hours! It’s a scam! If I hadn’t had been on a 6 hour bus journey and tired I would have gone elsewhere! The room only had one bottle of water available when there were 2 guests staying. There was a kettle and cups but no tea/coffee making facilities (pointless) ? The ‘free’ Vietnamese snacks were stale, inedible definitely been in the tubs for a while and not refreshed! Hotel is definitely used for prostitution! There is condoms in the bedside drawers and is super loud in the evening and morning can hear all sorts of noises and banging, it’s disgusting! Would avoid this place, felt dirty staying here!
