Location. It is a backstreet with lots of food and all sorts. Away from Hanoi old city it is only a 20 minute grab bike taxi ride. Its very quiet and you don't see many travellers around. The lady downstairs in front of the hotel makes the best soup. Great WIFI, lots of hot water. Affordability. Microwave.

The bed. The kitchen has a lack of utensils such as forks and wooden spoons.

Very comfortable room. At the kitchen you will find everything you want for cooking. Good stable internet. Room is very bright and cozy.

I chose not the best moment to live this place because very close to the apartment house started great vietnamese construction of the new house. Builders worked 23 hours per day, and only the heavy rain stopped them. It was the first time when i prayed and performed the rain dance.

I didn't realise that it wasn't that close to everything, that said its on me. One 35min scooter ride and you are next to everything. That's only $2 and the trip well worth the experience. I loved the streets and the non touristy local feel. So its a compromise. The old quarter more that 2x the price on everything, but close to what you want to visit. So I think this was better.

Some tips on how to heat the water aka how to make the shower hot. Also a sponge and multiple soap dispensers would have been a game changer as would a dish cloth. Small things, but a big difference. Lastly, how to take a Grab, the Vietnamese street names don't work like other names.

Clean bathrooms. Safe environment

The approach is a little tricky as it is on a narrow road. I booked a superior room but was given a room without a balcony. The apartment is away from the old quarter. However, you can get a grab or other modes of transport to reach main places.

Nice and clean room, modern facilities, the actual room was as advertised. comfortable bed, mold-free and odorless bedsheet, the property provided with a free parking lot, AC and hot water was in good condition. The host was very supportive, he reached out to give me all the needed info. I met a lady who escort me to my room, she was so friendly and helpful.

- No kettle - There’s a kitchenette inside the room but no tableware provided. - I found a bag of trash left in a cupboard and hair on the floor, which i considered the room was not thoroughly cleaned. - My room has no window, barely see a single thing from outside, even the sunlight.

The room was very comfortable and well equipped with nice modern decor. It was convenient to be able to use the laundry room and kitchen. The host was helpful as well. It’s in a neat area, not at all touristy — which we liked, but it’s also far from the city centre, so something to consider for other travellers. Overall great stay.

Far from city centre so we spent a while in traffic a couple of times (however on the flip side it’s nice to stay in a local neighborhood).

New apartments, laundry room, parking in building, terrace on highest floor with view on city. Quiet area, didn't hear the noise of city. Clean, comfortable, COZY! Great owner/administrator, help us with all questions. Thanks all staff, book again ;)

The stay was very good and the staff was very helping and professional. We enjoyed the stay over here and it was very safe. Worth the money

This is a very good hotel, really enjoyed being here, it’s clean and comfortable, the stuff are so nice, especially Tony (Thanh), he helped us with everything and we really appreciate it, highly recommended!
