The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, located in a very tall tower. The first lobby is on the ground floor, while the second lobby is impressively situated on the 32nd floor. The staff are extremely helpful, especially Mr. Thang, who was exceptionally dedicated in assisting guests. He provided us with plenty of useful information about the city and its tourist attractions, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was satisfying, and when we asked the restaurant to prepare a dish with avocado, they happily made it for us. The next day, we requested a special Arabic dish and even explained how to make it — and once again, they prepared it with joy and kindness. Truly wonderful people — thank you all so much!

There’s a recurring issue we’ve noticed across many hotels in Vietnam: the lack of brochures or informational guides in English about the country's tourist attractions. This leaves the responsibility entirely on the visitor to search for places and plan on their own, which can make things more challenging and less convenient — especially for first-time travelers. We offer this feedback as a constructive suggestion, with the hope of contributing to the improvement of service quality in the future.

This hotel is located a bit far from the city center, which is exactly what I was looking for, since Hanoi's center is very busy and noisy even late at night. Although not so close, Hanoi's main attractions are easily reachable by car or motobike (about 20 minutes by car). The staff is helpful and fast in finding solutions to attend the guest's needs. The rooms are large and comfortable, with great A/C. The breakfast is amazing and has an impressive variety of options. I would easily stay here again.

Great view, friendly enough staff.

The location was isolated from the major part of the city. Great for folks who were perhaps there on business but not for people who intend to see the sights. There was no attachment for a shower, had to hold the shower head in one had and lather myself with the other. Room only had a tub without any shower provision. Also the shower hose buried in the tub was FILTHY, had to clean it before even trying to use it. Aside the summer rolls the menu for food wasn't great. Portions were small but compared to American portions, guess most are.

Very comfortable stay. We’ve booked the hotel for one night before our flight back. We wanted to stay somewhere closer to the airport. I wish I booked this hotel previously before our trip to Halong. We stayed on one of smaller hotels in the city centre and it was very uncomfortable, noisy. If you decide to explore Hanoi or have the trip from Hanoi please don’t stay in the old quarters of Hanoi. Instead stay in this hotel and just take a taxi there which hotel staff could organise for you. The rooms are very spacious, the beds snd pillows are comfortable, good buffet breakfast.

Breakfast options are very less for Indian vegetarian persons. There was no washing machine in our room, we have to tell them and after that they installed on room. We have to ask them for kitchenware, thean they gave us one pot.

tbh almost everything! I requested for a bathtub and they bumped me up to a family room instead - made my stay! :’) also, I would recommend to try the cocktails sold at the sky bar, pretty gooddd

the breakfast buffet is pretty mediocre + if you have activities within the old quarter it’ll take you a little while to reach via cab - though all these are small factors in the grand scheme of things.

Everyyhing is great. It has views, good food selection, comfirtable and spacious rooms, self-catering, nice pool, nice gym, safe and luxury-feel.

Nothing to complain about. If a Washing machine was there then better but is ok if not.

We were very impressed by this stay. Only a couple of small details that really could have made it flawless. Overall great new facilities. We could have liked to have a tea towel and washing liquid as it was a self contained apartment. Hoping that over time a spa might be included as we ended up going to Lottee for our spa treatment as they don't have any on site. Staff all very accommodating, warm and friendly. We will be back.

It has full amenities and the facilities and rooms are new and very clean. Well equipped for travellers with ample electronic charging points. The staff speak English and is easy to communicate
