We stayed here for one night as a couple and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived – they really went out of their way to make us feel at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet still peaceful and quiet. The overall vibe of the place was warm, relaxed, and stylish – exactly what we were looking for on a quick getaway. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

EXCELLENT HOTEL - GREAT SERVICE. I stayed at Fukurai Hotel for a night, really enjoyed its location in the centre city where everything is so convinent within walking distance. The room was very spacious, clean, cosy and had the emenities I needed. Especially, there is also a coffee shop at the lobby, level 1. The drinks here are good and unique. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. If I come back to Vietnam for work again, Fukurai will be a perfect place to stay.

Really friendly staff. Especially on serving breakfast has been flexible with me being very late to almost end of breakfast time. And changing my invoice was very prompt. Nancy has been very kind on serving breakfast on the second day as well. Really friendly and making short conversation to make me feel comfortable during my stay.

They messed up with the reservation (the first night they assigned me a lower level room, then washing machine not working, then they wanted 2 nights to be paid, then 5, although I staied 3. Everything was solved at the end but it took quite some time and I was in a hurry. The apartments are very nice, and good price. No elevator.

I really liked the rooms, they were incredibly clean and neat. The personnel was lovely. Little cafe downstairs make the best vienamese coffee and tea, very cosy and perfect for starting the day or working with a laptop. Fast and free wifi, perfect for staying on business trip.

The room was always clean when we came back from a long day of sight seeing.

The shower leaked water across the entire bathroom and the shower head would only spray straight down at the wall not the tub.

Good hospitality, Trang helped me to change my bus ticket date with the local company, really professional and willing to help, close to a lot of good Japanese restaurant , recommended!

A bit of noise can filter up to rooms from below. Request higher floor if sensitive.

Food was fine I may suggest having a western option for breakfast or offer smoothy rather than breakfast or a free coffee drink rather then breakfast.

Plenty of space, very clean, a vanity area, it is under a coffee shop and you can go there for some delicious drinks.

It’s in a little alley street where cars can’t go in. Couldn’t tell from the address at first but it’s based in a coffee shop.
