I came here for the Waterfalls and was here for 2 nights. The property is clean, there were no issues with anything during my say. The breakfast was lighter than most places I stayed at but it was something quick for the morning before I started my day. The staff during the day and evening were Fantastic. SUPER helpful they were able to provide me with an amazing tour company. It was a great Hotel and if I was in the area again I would stay here.

The breakfast was a little on the lighter side but again it was free and was nice to have something in the moring before starting my journey.

This is the type of place to go if you prefer a local experience (not a tourist one). Room is good-sized, bed comfy, AC, big TV, lots of space, and working washer with soap provided. Staff are very friendly and provided bottles of water and coffee for room each day. I loved the neighborhood. Great coffee shop nearby (Hoi Coffee) and local beer house/restaurant across the street. Breakfast is more local than Western and that's what I liked about it, especially, the home-cooked pha each morning. Highly recommend if you like to be a traveler and not a tourist.

The room was sufficient, and additional amenities in the room such as a washing machine and a stove were a nice convenience. Furthermore, the breakfast at the hotel was very abundant and diverse.

The sound of the elevator bell could be heard in the room, which was a minor inconvenience. However, the doors could be sealed better or the elevator sound could be turned off to improve the situation.

It was a pleasant hotel on a street with many great restaurants and flavor. I enjoyed the staff and cleaning was once a day. the washing/ dryer machine was easy to use and convenient. I really liked this apartment and would recommend staying here.

The room is quite spacious with a nice balcony. Makes a great place to have coffee. apartment was pretty clean. Washing machine and Dryer worked perfectly well.

The location is away from the central area of Hanoi. But that's our fault for not checking. If you like staying in the central or happening area of Hanoi, then this might not be the ideal location for you. You have to ask for utensils like pots and pans. It would be better if they put some utensils in the room as it is.

The location is very convenience. There are many coffee shops and restaurants around this hotel.

Wifi was quite weak , really weak and unstable in my room. I asked staff and engineer came to check ,but it was not solved while I stayed there.

The apartment was fantastic, with a small kitchen unit. This gave us an opportunity to give our clothes a much needed wash! The staff were lovely and helpful too.

The location is a bit further out from the more touristy areas, but that may suit others!

The apartment perfect for a couple, facilities the building needs more care as they close the bars but still advertise them. Room and area is amazing worth every penny.

really nice and clean apartment unit. very comfortable beds and very clean in general! looks like in the pictures, which I find rare in vietnam. good value for money. also there are several restaurants and cafés nearby. great soundproofing.

it is not in the city centre so for sightseeing you need to take s taxi/grab. but these are usually quite cheap. kitchen could be better equipped.
