I would like to highlight the incredibly delicious and diverse cuisine at this place. The breakfast was truly amazing. The living conditions, interior, and amenities are all tastefully chosen, stylish, and neatly arranged. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff made our stay at the hotel very pleasant. I particularly want to mention a small surprise that was arranged for us on our honeymoon; it was a delightful touch! In addition, I must commend the outstanding assistance we received from Hieu, one of the staff members. He truly made our stay exceptional. Hieu was always ready to assist with any issues, provided valuable guidance, and greatly aided us in planning the rest of our journey. His dedication and support were invaluable, and we are truly grateful for his exceptional service. This is the best first impression of Vietnam.

It will be good, if there are sound proof window in the room :)

I stayed at this hotel on my first ever (and I hope not the last) visit to Vietnam and I guess that staying there was the significant reason why I fell in love with this beautiful country. The room and facilities were of the top level, but the real atmosphere is being created by people. And the personnel of this hotel were above all praises: I felt like a princess because all my requirements were fulfilled in a blink of an eye, whether it was a socket adaptor for my laptop, or an iron, or an assistance with TV tune-up. The food was delicious, the assortment was impressive, so I was puzzled how to combine all the delicacies on my plate, so I wouldn't feel guilty for breaking my diet haha. The hotel personnel and management succeed in creating and maintaining the feeling of your significance as a guest to them, and you see it in small details (which matter the most): they made a birthday compliment to my family member who stayed with me, and small mementos on our check out. They were really very sweet and sympathetic. I definitely am going to stay at this hotel next time I visit Hanoi.

The staff were great and went above and beyond helping us with trips, booking and ensuring we were collected. My friend was unwell during the trip and Hieu brought us tea without request to help her, which was amazingly kind. Our room was clean and all the facilities at the hotel were great.

The hotel is a little bit out of the main attractions in Hanoi, but we booked grab cars through booking.com and it only cost us around £3 to get into the centre.

The staff was fantastic. Could not do enough for you. I wouldn't call them staff now.. more as friends I did not want to leave I felt at home. I will certainly go back just to see them. They even rang me on my mobile to see if I was ok. They was worried I hired a motorbike and I was late back. Now that is something .

Honestly I don't think you can make it any better.

I stayed at FTE Ba Dinh Hotel for approximately two weeks, never stayed before so long at a hotel, I extended my stay multiple times. Here is why : The staff people are exceptional, from the reception desk, cooking staff, cleaning staff, everyone is patient, nice, smiley, polite and helpful. This is a very important point when staying at a hotel. The room itself is very clean, spacious, with all the necessary amenities, the bed is very comfortable. The rooftop pool is really great, the water with this temperature outside is perfect, there are restrooms If you would like to change or take a shower just after the pool and lockers as well to leave your bag or clothes, the pool area is lovely especially at night where you can have a fresh drink upstairs with a view on Hanoï. There are two elevators but contrary to some hotels where you have to wait a while before getting one, I have never waited for a long time, really fast (there must have an elevator for the staff people as well). Room service is extraordinary since you can order food anytime and there is a laundry/Dryer/ Ironing service too. The breakfast offer a wide range of food, vietnamese, European (bakeries, milk, jam, butter...) American (toast, eggs, bacon, ham....) so you have plenty of choices and you can even ask to cook something for you. The hotel is elegant and well decorated with a big entrance hall. The hotel location is not close to old quarter and main tourist attractions, which didn't bother me since I wanted to be a bit further away from the busy town although it's still quiet animated where the hotel is since located close to a street where it's easy to grab a taxi or motorbike taxi which is very cheap to take you anywhere. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you come to Hanoï since it has everything you might want to have during a hotel stay, if not more.

Personal opinion : the wifi which I will prefer to have a password to connect through.

The hotel is very well appointed and comfortable. The room was nice and large and modern with an amazing bathroom. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and well appointed. The sky bar was a really nice touch. We also attended the New Years Eve party and it was very well run and we could tell the staff really went the extra mile in putting in a lot of effort to make that extra special for their guests.

The hotel is a little out of the way but I wouldn’t say that was overly bad as it was so nice to get out of the craziness of the Old Quarter. Grabs were super cheap and reliable too.

We stayed here as a family at beginning and end of our trip in Vietnam with a bicycle. The personell ist extremely helpful, very polite and very nice, We were allowed to leave the luggage in a storage room for free. The room was large and very comfortable with an own nice bathroom. The hotel has nice amenities like a rooftop pool with nice sundeck, a nice pool bar with viewas over hanoi, a well equipped gym and a fantastic breakfast, All of us enjoyed staying here and the next time in Hanoi we will definitely come again. The highlight of our stay at this hotel was undoubtedly the staff. The reception and breakfast team were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The concierge staff was also very nice and assisted us all the time. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a small balcony that offered a stunning view of the beautiful Lotte Tower. We paid 400,000 VND for a taxi to the hotel, and on our return, we asked the hotel to call a taxi, which cost us 270,000 VND. All the main attractions are a maximum of 10-15 minutes away by taxi (around 60,000-70,000 VND), but you can also walk to them if you'd prefer to avoid the busy traffic. Overall, we had an amazing stay in Hanoi, largely due to the wonderful people, the sights, and this fantastic hotel.

Comfortable and clean hotel with onsite restaurant. Bed was firm and room was spacious. Location was easily accessible and staff service was exceptional. Breakfast offered had plenty of selection and was delicious.

Minor issue was the lack of hot water in the shower and bathroom was requiring attention/renovations - shower over bath sprayed water everywhere and bath was pulling away from wall in our room. Also the pool on the top deck was green (required chemicals) and there is very little shade available up at the rooftop bar/pool area.
