I was trouble to receptionists upon check in. When I reserved booking, I checked many times to make sure that this hotel provided VAT invoice before check out. They require me to surcharge more 8% VAT. I called to Customer Service team to advise them to help us this case. Booking.com was helpful to answer so fast. This hotel talked me that we should cancel my booking and book directly to hotel. I did not agree this situation and call Booking.com again to inform about this. Finally, they agreed to issue VAT invoice.

The door man was exceptional, always helpful and very lovely. The room was really great. The front desk staff were nice for the most part. Breakfast was good but closed early.

The location wasn’t the best, BUT that did mean that it was a quieter street.

Lovely hotel, very clean, heating for winter and air con for summer, tea and coffee, comfy bed, secure parking, friendly staff, hot shower, fast WiFi - perfect!

It is far away from the centre. But if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle then it's a good option. The only other issue is that on booking.com it says there's the option of breakfast but they don't do breakfast at the hotel. And there's no options for close by restaurants. So, either order via Grab or get a taxi to a local cafe. The hotel otherwise is excellent.

Filthy carpet that had not been vacuumed in quite awhile. Window in bathroom had a broken seal to outside letting in construction noise from work on river.

Extremely great facilities and professional staff. High level hotel that I can only recommend based on previous experiences on western standards!

Lovely stay.. rooms had everything i needed including a bath which was amazing, beds were comfy gym sauna and steam room on the top floor.. will stay here again 👍

Staff were great! The room was verry large and the bed was comfortable. The bathtub was the best part😍

In the room there was a menu and a drinkcart but you couldn’t order from it. But the staff helped with getint coffee and food.

Bathroom got jacuzzi, room was spacious, nice city view

Location is a bit far from tourist attractions but I don't mind since I'm staying there just to relax since it is my last day in hanoi

Room is pretty clean and cozy although wife is a bit weak. Other than that, it's pretty much fine for me.

Nono at all

The boy at the reception was very kind, and also helped me to take my bus to Sa Pa the next day. Listen and very helpful. Otherwise the hotel was very clean, I recommend!!
