It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean. A washing machine and a dryer were new. We had everything we needed for light cooking. The staff provided free bottles of water and cleaning. The staff was friendly and did their best to make our stay great. We communicated using Google Translate, though, but it wasn't an issue at all. There was just one person who spoke English. The wi-fi was good. We had Netflix as well. The bed was very comfy.

It was noisy sometimes at night. Once, someone closed a metal door very loudly at 3 am. Another time, there was music till 2 am from the neighbouring building.

Room, large bed and bathroom are totally new and high quality. The bath is large and the Japanse toilet is a bonus. They have daily room cleaning, even for studio’s. The studio is in a quite street in the middle of the authentic Japanese quarter, there are plenty of very nice Japanese restaurants around. We had the best price/quality experience at Izakaya “yen”, almost next to the studio

I came 6 times to Hanoï, this was by far my best experience. I can say nothing wrong

Super comfortable and clean studio equipped with everything you need for a short and long stay (including kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent...). Offers free water refill/water bottles. Staff were really sweet, especially Dũng who welcomed me on my first day.

The place next door blasted EDM music until the early hours but it happened once in my two-night stay, so it may have been only a once-off/not a regular occurrence. The Japanese toilet water pressure was weak or just didn't work well.

There are was everything necessary in the room, even including washing machine and drying one, location of hotel also really good, not so far from city center, easily to get by grab taxi or bike and also really huge lotter store is near👍🏻 The owners and employees of this hotel incredibly polite and friendly, always trying to help you with any requirements 💖

Great studio on quiet road. Lovely bath and could do laundry etc. Reception was super helpful, ordered car to airport drop off for a good price. Free bottles of water in reception.

Bed was hard for me.

It's a modern, very new build. The furnishings, bedding, appliances are all clean and new. Some of the kitchen cutlery was still in its packaging. The location is close to the local plaza, there are plenty of cafes, food vendors, convenience stores. Has a washing machine, dryer, closet space, fridge freezer, balcony. Airconditioning is new and excellent quality, additional standalone fan for air circulating.

Chairs were quite uncomfortable, the back to them flex badly with even a little bit of pressure. The space is quite small for the price and the shower pressure was really poor. They didn't do a daily housekeeping, they asked me after 2 or 3 nights and I confirmed I'd like new bedding and towels the next day, but nobody came until another day later, so it was maybe 5 nights without a change.

The studio is well facilitated. The location is great, where I can find numerous restaurants and markets around it. The staff are very kind and helpful. Shall you have a short or long-term trip in Hanoi, this studio will be your best option.

Great hotel that’s quiet and comfortable. There’s only 2 rooms on each floor so it’s also nice and private. The staff are friendly and routinely clean the room. There are lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Overall a fantastic stay!

The studio was thoughtfully designed with comfort and calm in mind. Wooden details made it feel warm, and the view from the windows was green and relaxing. There was even a little kitchen, table, and fan for quick cooling. So cozy!

The studio was very cozy and had everything we needed. It's a small room but worked fine for us. The washing and dry machine were a big plus to our stay.
