The staff were amazing especially Zoom that greeted me on arrival. I have nothing bad to say about my stay, everything was perfect.

This is my 2nd time in this hotel ans trust me this hotel was best the first time i stayed in march 2022 and it is still best and perfect As always the staff and working people are welcoming and really helpful. The girl at reception gave me 2 candies while i was checking in.... Mr Zoom as always too good and wonderful to look after and makes sure that my stay is good Hotel facilities are exceptional and cleaning and services is 10/10 They even upgraded my room and i am so grateful for that Lift is super crazy fast which i havnt seen much in hotels in Hanoi at this price. This hotel is sorrounded by everything i.e, local vietnamese food, astonishing coffee and atm and local market too along with royal city just at walking distance. Water pressure is perfect and provided with all amenities inside room and essentials inside WC Everyone who is reading this review Dont hesitate, just book it and i am sure this will be a perfect stay.

Best hotel stay ever Staff is super friendly and everyone working in this hotel exceeded my expectations with best service and always helping Rooms were cleaned on time every single day Airy bedrooms Room is big enough and same as in the photos Elevator was fast and hot water was working perfectly. From check in to check out everything was just perfect The reception guy Mr Zoom was very very kimd and helpful and friendly including other people working there. I will definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it. Regarding eating there are several authentic vietnamese food stores just 10 metres away and coffee shops including vinmart and ATM very very near. Royal city is just a walk away
