Great apartment with washing machine and dryer, bathtub. Everything is very clean and in good condition. The bedroom can be completely darkened with a good curtain. The location of the accommodation is very quiet. The host is really nice and helpful. English is also spoken. There are many restaurants and shops around the accommodation with everything you need. The bus stop to the center is not far away. It is an oasis of calm in the noisy city. You have a lot of privacy. The elevator takes you straight to the roof terrace, which you can actually always enjoy alone. There is as much drinking water as you want from a hot and cold water dispenser in the room. I found that very practical. We stayed there for six nights and I would book the accommodation again at any time without thinking twice.

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Well equipped with everything needed including a kitchen with utensils, dishes, pots, 20L water dispenser etc. Had an Elevator, come and go as you please with the caretaker in his own room off the lobby. Washer and dryer on each floor shared by 3 rooms.

Could use a handle by the tub/shower to make it easier to get in/out without slipping as its a pretty tall step in and out of the tub and also provide a towel for the floor in the bathroom.

The cleanliness and comfort the apartment offered make me feel like home. Location is not so much a tourist area, but it is where locals live. The apartment is just so cozy, yet not old school. It's perfect for solo and couple trip.

We are forced to leave the place because of the construction happening right next to the building. It can disruptive for people who likes to sleep in like us. But this an external factor that can't be controlled by the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at this serviced apartment. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Great service and a pleasant experience overall—would definitely stay here again!

The appartment was spacious, we loved that the bedroom and the kitchen/living area were seperated. Everything was very clean, we used the kitchen every day. Very nice soft bed and good big shower! Nice staff and great price!!

It’s like 30 minutes away from the centre of Hanoi but you can get a grab

The apartment was convenient as we were visiting family in Hanoi and it meant we were within walking distance of thier home. Great to have cooking facilities and the apartment was spacious. Useful to have washing machine and tumble dryer next to us in the lobby of our floor.

Would be useful to have a mirror in the bedroom.

fire place and the size of an apartment is astonishing 🔥located in cay qai but no problem , you just can use GRAB. trust me in hanoi all apartments / hotels are small. this one is enormous and is really fine

Roomy apartment with cooking facilities which was great. Situated halfway down a lane and had good sound proofing so got good night's sleep given Hanoi is a noisy city. Washing machine and tumble dryer on each floor. Nice top floor communal balcony which was great to sit out on even in March.

The bedroom was clean the atmosphere was peaceful. I slept well . The setup of the kitchen is very convenient . There are windows all around the property, your view is the next building

Great space since it has a full kitchen, washer/dryer on each floor, friendly staff. 25 meters down a small lane so its pretty quiet. Lots of places to eat nearby.
